Sometimes. I'm not always about the touchy feely stuff, and when acquaintances give me hugs I don't like it. Friend hugs are much better. A good hug is where you embrace fully and squeeze, a hug like you mean it basically.

1. How's the new place?

AWESOME. I have way more space, it's more open, and the carpet is way better for having kitties.

2. Do you enjoy moving?

I friggin hate it.

3. What was the hardest thing to move?

My entertainment center. I had a few guys helping me move, but no one wanted to take it apart. So they were hauling it down the stairs and broke off the side bottom portion of it when someone dropped it on a step. Now it's only standing on a wing and a prayer.

4. How was the rest of the camping trip?

Great! It was an awesome getaway. The fishing was crappy though. People have overfished the spots so we would probably need a small boat to go out in to actually find some good places.

5. Is your stomach feeling better?

MUCH.

6. How much unpacking do you have left?

I still have boxes to unpack and things to move around. For the most part I was moving everything myself. Only on the absolute last day of the move did people show up to help haul the BIG stuff. And I hurt so bad from weeks of hauling stuff from the 3rd floor to the 1st over and over that for the first couple days I only unpacked what was absolutely necessary. It was also amazing to be moving stuff on my sick stomach, let me tell you. I stayed in bed for a good chunk of the day more than once.

Stressful. It felt overwhelming and I was afraid more of my things were going to be broken.

1. What makes a carpet kitty-friendly?

My other carpet really held on to cat hair so my allergies were CONSTANTLY acting up. Every time I vacuumed I swear I still got a bag full. This carpet though doesn't make cat hair cling to it and sort of lets it sit on top like a tumbleweed till I either vacuum it or pick it up myself.

I'm pretty good with figuring things out, but this thing is so bulky and huge we just rested it on the broken base. So unless it's moved again it should be fine. Hopefully...

No, I'm going to pay them in a dinner next week at my apartment with it looking all fancy and beautimous when I'm finally done unpacking and organizing.

4. Which room are you most excited to see finished?

My living room honestly, followed by my bedroom. Those are the rooms people are in the most when they visit, so I'd feel better if they were more put together. I still need to buy frames to hang up some pictures I have, but that may not happen right away.

Yes, much more so.

lol I don't think I did a very good job of explaining myself, which isn't surprising. I had it "up" in a ponytail with a simple hairtie. But it wasn't actually up on my head. The hairtie was tying my hair at the base of my neck.
