LOL You wiener. I was reading some comics and I fell asleep for an inordinately long period of time. I just woke up a few minutes ago, so I'm sitting on the internets. I might head to bed again soon though, stomach doesn't feel too great.

Yeah, I noticed that too. You should try reading comics from the 60's. That'll REALLY disorient you.

Issue #4, where the Hulk holds up an entire mountain on his back to protect everyone. A true testament to how badass he really is. Colossus couldn't do that. 😛

I've been thinking of having a variation of that issue's cover made into a tattoo. Any thoughts on that?

You're right, Colossus wouldn't have time, we'd be sexing it up off panel. 😀

I think that would be pretty sweet, or if the Hulk is your fav, why not get one of him holding the mountain?

Another epic moment was when the heroes busted in on the villains for revenge for the supposed death of Wasp. Cap was PISSED!

Not sure how far into the series our lovely heroine has read to to this point ; so w/o ruining too much ... Doom has one of his most epicest moments EVER in issue #10.

I get the feeling she's read them before. But you're right...Doom is the greatest villain of all time. Actually, Secret Wars period was one of the best maxi-series Marvel ever put out.

I've been asked but sort of never followed through with it. When I asked them what they had in mind, they kinda hemmed and hawed and disappeared into the abyss.

I've read bits and pieces, but nothing as a whole. It's kinda nice having this nice big book in issue order at my disposal. 😀

I'm pretty sure I read the very beginning of Civil War, but I've never even cracked open the other one.

And true about the bags, that's probably one of the huge pain in the asses about comics. The other is just when you're comfortable and reading...suddenly the issue is done. Damnitall I want to keep reading the story WITHOUT INTERRUPTION for like an hour!

I feel you on that. I have the entire 62 issue run of The Spectre from the 90's and I HAVE to open each individual issue to read them because they were never released in TPB to my knowledge. Awesome series, by the way. A mainstream DC hero set in a horror genre.

I highly recommend both of those series, as well as Planet Hulk, if for no other reason than to fully understand why World War Hulk happened.

Guys, she has some strength, but not enough for guys to worry about or have concern...
