I got this idea from a discussion I was having somewhere else, and thought it would be cool with all of the food connisuers here.
If you had to live on 5 foods, what would they be? We're leaving nutritional logistics out of this, of course, as we all know to eat a healthy balanced diet. right?
Yeah, right....we all do that.
Mine are pretty strange, as I go through "phases" where I eat pretty much the same thing for a few weeks, then move on to another obsession. That being said, if I had to pick 5...
Pizza rolls (the cheap, boxed Price Chopper kind...they're cheaper and better than Tostino's)
Progresso's Tomato Rotini Soup
General Tso's Chicken (There's a little hole in the wall Chinese place around here that makes the best Tso's, and it's like six bucks for what must be about a pound and a half!)
Potato and Onion Perogies (Pan-fried in oil, of course, the only way to do perogies)
Catfish...maybe trout (Prepared in a multitude of ways, to keep things interesting)
What are yours?
