Title speaks for itself! I need to touch on the creative minds of the TMF! All ideas welcome 🙂
 
The best way is totally not creative: use your fingernails and scratch on!
 
Fingernails is great, but running the fingers between the toes is also great. And I love a brush or something that vibrates
 
Tongue between the toes is always my favorite to use on my helpless 'lee's feet 😉
 
Fingers/fingernails are always reliable. A fuzzy pipecleaner between the toes is very effective on some people.

Electric toothbrushes and flossers are much beloved by some but denounced by others. Try them for yourself and decide.
 
It's going to change with each person - take the time to find out what's most effective on the individual and do that 🙂
 
Go to your local art store, buy a bunch of artist's paintbrushes. Get all different kinds.

This was going to be my suggestion, since eclipse has already so kindly done the work for me, I'll just quote her and give her a pat on the back lol 😀
 
These are all great suggestions. But as a precautionary measure when using your mouth, be sure to secure the ankle. Women have been known to go ape shit and one involuntary kick can fudge you up. Although if this happens, it's like a funniest home videos moment and they'll laugh even harder. It does give good reason to extract your revenge though 😉

It depends on the ticklishness of the 'lee but I think that baby oil, fingernails and hair brushes never fails!
