My wife doesn't complain after I tickle her without any bondage, she does complain that everything hurts after I tickle her while she is tied. Nothing's ever been sore after being on the recieving end of a good tickle, but maybe that's just cuz I've never been tied or seriously tickled before. I would imagine shoulder pain if you're tied wrong though or something similar to that.
