what book are you reading at the moment?

I finished reading Tithe a modern faerie tale by Holy Black.It was a great book! Now I am waiting for my brother's fiance(or she'll just have my brother deliver it) to bring me the sequel.
 
Compulsion, The Kyballion, Hannibal and The Roman version of the Bible.
 
I've been reading a butt load of books lately..it started in January with all three volumes of "North and South"

then followed.."The Robe"
"The Silver Chalice"
"Forever Amber"
"Ann Boleyn"
"The Bad Seed"
"The Icestorm"
"The Virgin Suicides"

now i'm in volume two of John Toland's "Adolph Hitler"

and "Quo Vadis" just arrived..
 
At home I'm reading "Evolution's End" by Joseph Chilton Pearce, while at work on breaks I'm reading Rudyard Kipling's "Stalky & Company".
 
"Submarine" by Tom Clancy. Picked it up at the local library for a quarter.
Once in awhile, they clear out the shelves of old books.

You feel lke you're part of the 'Gold' crew.
 
"Saturn's Children" by Charles Stross. A little like the movie "AI", an entirely robot/android civilization after humans become extinct; they have a lot of casual futuristic robot-sex...
 
I am in the middle of "Dreamfever," book for of Karen Maria Moning's "Fever" series. Good stuff so far.

You Can't Always Get What You Want, an autobio-documentary by by Sam Cutler. He was road manager for the Rolling Stones in the late 1960's-early 1970's, up through the infamous Altamont festival. He also road-managed other bands of that era.
 
Currently listening/reading: Through The Looking Glass & What Alice Found There by Lewis Carroll. And Marvel Adventures: Iron Man Armored Avenger.

Screw the Tim Burton/Disney sequel movie, I'd settle for audiobooks & comics instead.
 
Now listening to Doctor Who: The Runaway Train by Olis Smith & read by Matt Smith at the moment. Still reading that MA Iron Man Digest at the moment. 😀 😉
 
Just finished Lolita

and am now reading, Dead Man Walking quite different from the movie..
 
Just started The Descent of Woman, by Elaine Morgan. Knocked out Ramsey Campbell's The Nameless last week.
 
Just finished *The Uninvited*

Now reading *Hawaii* and * Jaws*...ordered on amazon *The French Lieutenant's Woman* and *The Little Children*
 
I'm not reading a book at the moment, but the last book I read was "Only the Good Spy Young" by Ally Carter.
 
Just finished Furies of Calderon by Jim Butcher. Starting The Redemption of Althalus by David & Leigh Eddings.
 
Just about half way through Gotrek & Felix the second Omnibus. Its a warhammer book, pretty good but it is a bit predictable. The stories tend to go "Felix's sees big monster, Felix's is scared of big monster, Felix's wonders about big monster. Gotrek kills big monster."

After that Robert Rankin's Necrophenia followed by Terry Pratchett's Equal Rites.

Plus still haved finished Douglas Adam's Hitch hikers guide trilogy (in four parts).
