what cartoon girl would u tickle

My first choice would be Princess Ayeka from the "Tenchi Muyo" series. I find her quite charming, but rather reserved. It would be great fun to loosen her up!
 
All the Tenchi Muyo, Naruto, and Bleach chicks.

Oh, and Integra and Victoria from Hellsing. Can't forget them.

And the Sailor Scouts.

And April O'Neal.

Oh hell, let's just say any one that is descent to look at that. 😉
 
I'm old school but when I was growing up I wanted to tickle George Jetson's wife, Jane and her purple stockinged feet. Betty Rubble of the Flintstones. Josie and the Pussycats and of course Daphenie from Scooby Doo.

I'll be honest its really hard to pick just one. I'd have to say Mihoshi from Tenchi Muyo (they seem to be popular), Nami from One Piece, Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In The Shell or Haruko from FLCL.....

You should have made a seperate thread for just Anime characters....LOL

Well the cartoon character i would tickle is from a hentia *blushes* one called cool devices *ahem* anyways to appeal to you all...ill think of one that most know....hmmmmmmmmm..............................hhmmmm.......roger rabbits wife!!!!
 
Jessica Rabbit! Hell yeah she's definitely a hot pick. I recall drooling over her when I first saw the movie.

Aside from Question's witty remarks, conspiracy theories that are correct, and the devilishy hot and very agile Huntress at his side... yup he's got it good. Actually, Green Arrow's tops on my list. With Black Canary, and her scintillating get-up at his side, with arrows that can do pretty much everything and a wit not unlike Batman's... he's got it made!

I don't remember her name offhand, but the cloned Supergirl would be a good one as well
