What Do You Think About People Who Say Feet Are Gross, but...

.... but they do everything in the world to keep them nice, and they have 200+ pair of shoes? LOL. In the work chat room, one of my new friend's (of 7 months) was mentioning that a lot of people at our work place had foot fetishes, and I'm like... "What?".. because I only know of myself and one other person. The discussion continued, and she ended up stating that she recognizes that some people like feet, but she thinks feet are gross and she doesn't touch feet. Eventually, I plan on hanging out with her some more to play with HER feet, but this just makes me wonder if there is something more here. She found out months ago that I was into feet... and never said anything to me about them being gross... she just told me that she had 300 pairs of shoes. She more or less thought it was funny and cute that I liked feet. ARGH!! Eventually, she and I are going to be at her place or mine, getting comfortable, and I am going to want to play with her feet... when I know the moment is right.

Soo the question is... has anyone here ever had an experience where someone has said this, but in private they enjoy feet or in private they were open to having their feet played with... etc. I'm just curious about everyone's thoughts on this. Never had that experience. My friends sometimes give me a hard time about it, but I don't think any of them have closet foot fetishes.

One girl I dated actually went out and got her feet French pedicured for me because she knew how much I liked it. She even called me while I was at work just to tell say she was doing it for me. Good times...

ROFL . . . we do love our shoes. I only have like 11 pair though... and most of my female friends have more than 25 pair... but she is the second person I have come across that had 300+ pair. It's something I will have to explore with her. She seems to be open to it, but that does make sense about making it pretty because she thinks they are sooo hideous. *lol* ... good responses. And :CHUCKLE: so true. My fetishes don't chose my friends. Otherwise, I would be alone. I am open about my foot fetish, and everyone doesn't have an issue with it. They usually open up about what THEIR kinks are. It's pretty nice. I just have ALWAYS wondered what it was. I think I need to go around with a camera and microphone and ask. True. But my question was about the psychology behind people who say they are gross. And do any of them say that, but they really are curious about it or like feet (in the closet). I wonder why they say that. 🙂 I believe there are many people who have NASTY feet.. bunions, hammer toes, corns, dry skin, cracked skin, bleeding cracked skin, discolored nails, too long of nails, etc. .... and somehow don't mind wearing sandals in the dead of summer out at the Wal-Mart... but the ones who say they are gross, but keep theirs extremely nice. I've always wondered about that. 😛

I haven't experienced what you say, but I kind of don't get these comments "feet are gross", 'cause if then how much more gross would the hands be? I mean, even though you wash them quite often, you still touch a lot of things with them each day.

Or even worse; your cellphone! Because you (at least not I and I don't know anyone who do) don't even wash it. :S

But, yeah, people are different...
