Well unless he is using his thumb, or perhaps they do share a tickling fetish and the person behind the camera does not, which would make them shy about it. So maybe he is, without it being too obvious. But from the first look I say no.
 
I don't think so either. But it looks kinda painful to bend the leg like that.
