Stories of any, tickle challengers, games, practical jokes or punishments (Don't Laugh, or Don't Move Your Feet, or No Anger, for example), or just long tickling/gang tickling's you have done to people irl to teach them a lesson or to bring someone down a peg or two, have you done or played on/with people irl?

Your older sister, mum, friend, etc?

I don't usually love games in tickling as much as just the organic energy exchange of tickling for the sake of it, but I've done a few. Two that come to mind at the moment were played with my now wife while we were still dating. One was a kind of classic game of assigning spots to values on dice. I don't remember exactly all the details, but we'd flip a coin to determine who got to roll first. Whatever spot correlated to the number they rolled was to be tickled on the other person for the number of minutes of a second roll. The lee had to be spread out with spots uncovered, and not move during the tickling. Laughing was fine. I forget–I think if they moved then they had to do more time or after their time was up the other person got to roll again or something similar. If I remember right, to win you had to get the other person to move some number of times total in the game. She's extremely ticklish, but became very competitive in this game and won several times.

Another game was something I just created on the spot one night. I was cleaning out a desk or something and found a sheet of tiny circular stickers (maybe 1/4 – 1/2 inch in diameter). I honestly don't know what they were for, or where they came from, but they were very thin and smooth textured. I was going to throw them away, but I got an idea. I showed her the stickers and told her I had a game to play. She had to put on a blindfold and then I told her I put one of the stickers somewhere on my body and she had to find it. It seems like there was a timer or something involved–again, I don't remember the details, but it wasn't so much a game to win as it was structured to take turns having fun. Anyway, She had to carefully use her fingertips to lightly go all over my body to find it, and it tickled like hell. Due to the size of the sticker and it's difficult to detect texture, it was much harder to find than you might first think. Once found it became her turn and I got to look for a sticker. She ended up loving the game and we played it several times when she would be at my apartment..
 
I have shared previous examples of how I tickle punish Rachel when she spends the day creatively teasing me by flaunting her body and feet in front of me always out of my reach or by making tickling-suggestive comments when we are out in public.

She knows she is going to get tickle tortured for it, but says the fun of frustating me and watching me squirm is worth it.
 
write down 5-6 body spots. put them in a bag. write down numbers from 1-10, in a bag for minutes. Ler draws one from each bag. Or deck of cards. each suit is a body spot. card value is minutes. jokers wild....
 
When wifey is “bad” and wants to apologize she will ask me if I would like to tickle her — as a punishment. We agree on an amount of time and I get to work. Wifey is so ticklish, laughs really hard and makes funny sounds.
 
Get two electric toothbrushes and get your 'lee to keep their toes scrunched on one foot and keep their toes open on the other foot.

Then, tickle the tops and ends of the scrunched toes on one foot, and the bottom and sides of the open toes on the other foot at the same time with the electric toothbrush.

See how long your ticklee can keep their toes open/scrunched for.
 
I recently played a "don't move" game where if my partner moved too much while being tickled she lost an item of clothing and had to be vibed for a minute. After a while, I think she just wanted to lose clothes 😉
 
I often play a game call "tickle spank".
I tie the Lee in a position that gives good access for both tickling and spanking. Either hogtie or tied to a spanking bench usually. My Sub/Lee can only choose one or the other.
Now it can take some time depending on their threshold, but eventually it becomes very hard to choose. With a well warmed rear, and ticklish sides, feet, and underarms to choose from. I have my Lee's quite frantic by the end. 😈
We always choose a time limit for the game, but I there is usually those last few minutes where the Lee starts choosing other options that aren't on the list. Lol
I've played this a few times with different people and it has always been lots of fun.

You can only hold out so long before "spilling the beans". And the tickling can get more torturous until the Lee breaks. 😍
 
If mum is laying face-down on the bed, awake, on the phone, with bare feet. Hand her a bit of folded paper reading, "1...2...3" (an arrow indicating to turn the paper). (On the other side) "TICKLE". And a second after she turns the page start aggressively tickling her feet.

Works best with 2 or more ticklers.

I am not a creative lad; I just do the "Hey lets see how long you can take it" and sometimes they agree that's a fun game.
 
I've actually tried numerous times to get different radio shows to use a game I came up with as an on-air contest. Unfortunately it didn't work. I must have asked every mixed gender morning and 1 or 2 evening shows to to try it, but nope.

The funny thing about it was that the girls were usually gung ho to give it a shot while the guys were reluctant or HR & Legal were flat out against it. It would have been a hit I tell ya, and Pinkcherry.com would have been a great sponcer too. 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
I played a game with my ticklish wife. We called it Red Light. I was driving and she was in the passenger seat. When we stopped at a red light, she raised her arms and wrapped her hands behind her headrest. I ticked her upper body. If she lowered her arms to protect her ticklish soots, I won that red light. If she didn't try to escape and endured the tickling she won the red light. Naturally I looked for intersections with long red lights. It also entertained the people in cars around us. Naturally, I put the car in Park to tickle her.

This is a game for one or more 'ler's at the expense of one unwitting 'lee, who has very ticklish feet. I think this is one that a few people might have done. You don't get a laugh reaction in this one. But it is still alot of fun.

If/when the chosen lee, is sleeping with the feet out the end of the bed covers, two 'lee's take turns of super lightly and in super short bursts, tickling the sleeping 'lee's feet and toes and watching their feet and toes twitch, and occasionally add in some longer (but still very short) tickling.

And the fun for the 'lers, is to see how long they can keep doing it and keep getting the 'lee's feet to react without actually waking them up.

It works best on 'lee's who are very sound sleepers or are sleeping after working a night shift, as they are very tired. But that's the fun of the game, teasing the sleeping lee's feet.

Of course, if you fail and the 'lee does wake up, without you getting away in time, you could an angry 'lee. But that's why it works best with two 'ler's.
 
Just a normal, don't laugh challenge, where the 'lee has to not laugh and keep their feet there, while the 'lee gently teases and tickles their feet and toes. And just keep giving them as many chances as you like, or the 'lee will let you have, because the 'lee will be lucky to last 30 seconds I reckon.
 
Never happened, but I've always wanted to prank a few of my friends on an inversion table.
