also what do people mane when they say i used the vibrating fingers technique???
i see theses used a lot in stories

Do you people know what a vibrator is? Or what vibration is? For the English-challenged, it's basically very fast movement. Same with strumming. Imagine strumming a guitar. Actually you kind of strum a guitar slowly a lot of the time, so strumming is a shitty word to use in a tickle torture story.
