What is your real age?

Real age 37, 38 on Thanksgiving.
For some bizarre reason, I still feel and act like I'm about 12. thanks to Mom and Dad's genes, people always think I'm closer to 27 🙂

I was keeping right along with my actual age, diabetes and all, until I hit the smoking section. Despite the fact I quit 4 months ago (YAY!!), smoking 1 1/2 packs for 18 years still took a significant toll on my life and real age. Ah well, they say the longer you go after quitting smoking, the healthier your body and lungs become again, until you eventually get back to pre-smoking lung health. Better late than never!

I am actually 30.10 😀

And I find that hard to believe...as I have a bit o'h pudge but by Cholestorol levels are average..and I get basically no excersize...
I am amazed this study didn't ask about family history problems...just self problems...
