What the hell is going on? Manga Info Request

A few months back, these two manga scans appeared on a Japanese image forum, and I was looking back through and noticed them in my files.

The girl is obviously being tickled, and I think the general them is tickling at a distance, which is awesome, but I have no clue what is going on.

I AM NOT ASKING FOR A TRANSLATION. I just want to know what the hell is going on in these two images. Also wouldn’t mind knowing from what series, but a brief explanation would definitely be appreciated.

I can't possible tell you the full story from these 4 pages but apparently the big brain thing is the third (or three?) school principle and he is getting her/them to prevent their dangerous human movement by tickling her/their hull (that spacesuit thing in the last pic).

If the scans were a little larger, I could read the okurigana and maybe come up with something closer to a translation. That being said, from what I can determine (entirely outside of translation by the way) it seems as if the girl is somehow linked to feeling what I'm assuming the giant robot on the left of the second page is feeling; you can see that it almost has a 'face' in one of the shots, and there's definitely a lot of tentacle-ish things molesting it.

I don't know specifically which manga those pictures are from, but I think the author is Hasegawa Yuuichi.
