For those lazy like myself, the game has a wide variety from the 60's to present. Personal highlights are Stevie Ray Vaughn, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Living Colour, and Rage Against the Machine. Though there's over 70 songs, so plenty to choose from.

i have the ps3 version and there is alot of songs....42 in the career mode, like 18 bonus and then you unlock more by playing co-op career, so yea, there's a bunch...

i wonder if i can use the new GH3 guitar with GH1 and 2?

Fantastic series of games. I got my wife hooked when GH2 came out and now we're both jamming on there. Good times 😀

Love GH3 to death. Love the new wireless guitars, love the song selection, and improved job they've done with the vocals this time around on the cover songs. And they got more masters this time around, too. And I love the battle song with Tom Morello.

After playing through it, all I can say is "F*** Raining Blood"
 
I couldn't agree more on Raining Blood. It's the only song I have left in expert, and one of two left to 5star in hard. Mean, mean song.

On-topic with the thread, I am now blissfully playing Mario Galaxy as well.
 
has anyone played rock band yet, I heard it was better than Gitar hero? oO

also playing super mario galaxy, i'm 52 stars in and loving every second of it:smilelove
 
I am currently playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Stunning game.

one of the most original, beautiful and entertaining games I ever played.:woot:
 
Okami is fantastic on so many levels. Personally, I think it ended up being what Twilight Princess should've been in terms of creativity and adventure. Check out more Clover games like Viewtiful Joe and God Hand. They're really hard, but worth it.

90+ stars into Mario Galaxy. Game is incredible.
 
Currently in the process of "nuking" Tomb Raider IV - The Last Revelation. Have sucessfully nuked the first three (all pick-ups, all secrets, all possible kills killed - game fully completed) and am now going to kick Seth's evil arse. Am somewhat pissy about Horus being such a wet tosser at the end though, as he was somewhat of a mythological hero of mine.

Twat.

Holy mother of god Mass Effect.

Finally beat Raining Blood on Expert in Guitar Hero III. Now more grueling attempts at beating Lou.
 
Yes ma'am. I've gotten most of expert 5 starred besides about 6 songs I think.

Why do I get the feeling if I make it to NEST and there's Guitar Hero set up somewheres, I'll be in the corner playing that the whole time?
