To me,it'll always be Olive Oyl's boot-peeling scene from Bridge Ahoy,but I know there are others who might disagree!I welcome all to this debate over which is the greatest foot-tickling scene in the history of foot-tickling!

I agree that's what got me started.
 
Off the top of my head, the famous scene from 'North to Alaska' where Capucine gets her feet tickled by Stewart Granger is still pretty hard to beat.

I don't know what is the best, but the most funny foot tickle interrogation i bet is April's from TMNT. Being abducted for a pretty much illogical assumption, denying to reveal information that obviously didn't know anyway and she was tickled only for 10 seconds! After that, her boyfriend got the tickle torture and for much longer, though the possibility to know anything was much smaller than April's.
 
My favorites are from TV commercials I've seen over the years for Vaseline, Ford (?), Hanes, and a few others. Playtex had a neat upper-body scene in a commercial for bras from the 90's. It showed animated paint brushes painting the garments onto the models' shoulders (showed them from the back, darn it!).
 
If you remember the Jim Henson show Fraggle Rock, there was an early episode called 'Attack of the Toe Ticklers' or something like that.
These fuzzy caterpillar things invade Fraggle Rock and swarm all the Fraggles and tickle them hard. The scene goes on for a LONG time.
I was 9 years old when I saw it, and I remember having an erection that would not go down.
If that show was ever on when family was around, I'd turn the channel.

It was performed on me by whichever female has raised my passions enough over the last 40 odd years, narrows it down to about 10 people
 
The tickle session i had with BikerBadBoy...that was the greatest..he took pictures and videoed my laughter as he nibbled on my poor sensitive feet for what seemed like hours..said he'd never heard me laugh quite like that before..so that's the greatest ..giggles..

Allow me to explain. There is a phrase in English called "beating a dead horse." It roughly means to obsess over a subject even after it is no longer worth discussing.

I agree with this. The first time I saw the Carmen clip was one of the rare occassions when I actually couldn't believe what I was seeing.
