What was the last movie you saw?

I don't watch movies too often...but I'm trying to. I think the last movie I watched was Harry Potter: and the Half-Blood Prince with my grandparents. It was a bit annoying because I was finishing the book and I'm one of those annoying critical people who compares the movie to the book like crazy.

It wasn't unenjoyable, just disappointing that they removed entire plot lines. It wasn't nearly as much a mutilation as Order of the Phoenix. That one was just sad how badly they tore it apart.

I'm hoping to see Book of Eli with my fiancee soon 😀 I love Denzel Washington! (<3 Man on Fire!!!!)

I loved Man on Fire, too. Critics didn't, but f**k `em.

The incredible two headed transplant. Yes that is really the name

It was pretty funny. It was so ridiculous though lol

Up to B.H.T., I'd never had any real respect for Campbell as an actor. It took me a long time to get around to it. I mean, after hearing the synopsis: "Aged Elvis and friend hunt ancient Egyptian mummy in out-of-the-way Texas rest home" isn't exactly something your average viewer makes a point of catching. Glad I did, though.

The incredible 2 headed transplant was hilarious. We have a basic t.v channel here in wisconsin that plays all those really bad horror movies at like 3am.

Took my wife to see "Mamma Mia". She liked it. I thought it was funny.

Saw Seventeen and Missing on LMN.Omg that movie was soo good.I didn't get to see the very beginning. That movie kept me on edge the whole time.It was about this mother who got visions after her seventeen year old daughter went missing. She could see the room where her daughter was in and what happened the night her daughter went missing. It was pretty spooky.

I started watching the first DVD I ever bought, the Doug Pray documentary about hip-hop & turntablism called "Scratch". But I fell asleep during the first half-hour! (I wasn't bored, just tired!)

Aargh. I hate that. I know the feeling when you WANT to see something all the way through, but are too tired from work or whatever to make it to the end. I almost had that happen last night, while watching an old Barbara Steel flick called The Ghost, about a murdered hubby who returns to exact vengeance on the wife and lover who killed him.

I also watched a really dark childrens animated film from `87 called Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night the other evening. A specific scene where our puppet boy is turned back into a manikin is sure to give the kids bad dreams.

We may have some sort of sister network down here! Recently, I became aware of a local station that has played The Incredible Two-Headed Transplant and Doctor Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine, amongst other badfilm greats! Woo!

Impromptu, Victor/Victoria and Zombie Land....in that order.

Loved them all.

Double tap.

Caught the original Romero version of The Crazies, mainly to have it under my belt before I see the remake in a couple of weeks.

Saw Shutter Island a couple of days ago. It did not feature a scene anything like the image below.

Sunset Boulevard ah they don't make movies like that anymore..

I went and saw The Spy Next Door it was funny.I wish I could get a little piglet like they had,he was cute

Was that movie good, Rick?

As for me, Valentine's Day, as my friend decided to see that instead of Dear John (as I'd already seen that with some other friends). Oh, yipee hurrah with the girly girl movies. 🙄
Now, don't get me wrong, I've started to like chick flick movies a bit and actually - dare I say it - Like watching them, usually! :scared
It's just, I was in the mood for the finger popping, twisting previews they showed in Wolfman or some other equally fun (ie. violent or action) movie since I'd already had my monthly fix of 'girl' movies. *sigh* But, whatcha' gonna' do when you're a moviephile.. thing, whatever. :stickout

Was that movie good, Rick?

It was a good choice for a big screen watch. Kinda predictable, but it's aimed at a younger crowd than me, I reckon.

I'm bummed because: I saw it right after I got off from work. Anyway, there was a girl there(with a galpal) who I always secretly liked when we worked together. I didn't bother her there at the movies, but tried her number after I got home...and it's someone elses now. Shit.
