What is your fantasy?

Hey there all you Barbarians and She-Elves. I’m so excited to be able to announce a new project today that we’ve been working on for the better part of a year. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wildly talented new artist on a full length illustrated tickle torture enovel set in a realm of High Adventure and Fantasy entitled: Feather Quest.

My good friends at MTJ (aka: Jim) will be releasing Feather Quest in the next week...

...And between now and then I’ll be posting up about one illustration per day on this thread - introducing all of you to the sexy ticklish heroes of Feather Quest.

Please check out Ghostely’s dA page here: http://ghostely.deviantart.com/

And please speak up and let us know which of these hot adventuring vixens live up to your fantasy!

Join the Quest,

The Deeto

Feather Quest has a ton of sexy ticklish characters...

But the first one I'm delighted to introduce you to is the pale and lovely Dee Dee.

Dee Dee is a powerful necromancer, capable of reaching through the ether to control the evil deceased. Rather gothed out, fond of black leather, and often playing with dead things...Dee Dee is not the type of gal you'd ever see crack a smile. But when she's faced with a torture that she never thought possible...she might find herself doing more than smiling. XD

Next to her, as always, is her pet skull, Mortimer. He doesn't talk much...but hey, he's dead. LMAO.

The art is by the talented Ghostely. And we both kind of came up with the characters.

Please let us know what you think.

And thanks for all the support, everyone.

More Feather Quest to come,

The Deeto

Thanks, my friend. Mortimer (the pet skull) was one of the most fun characters to write for the entire novel. He's a freaking crack up.

And the fuzzy slippers were all Ghostely's idea. He's one of those amazing artists that just seems to really grasp those subtle details that make this sort of artwork so SEXY!

Always wonderful to get such feedback from such a fantastic writer! Thanks Colin.

^ Yesh! My PR-man is just right here for the blast. Goodluck! 😀 😀 😱

Well thanks to that fantastic introduction from Bandito, you know me as Ghostely!
I was asked by this incredibly talented writer to be an illustrator for a new story he was crafting. Between us we developed a stellar cast of misfits and tickle fiends, and we can finally introduce them to you.

DeeDee may not be the most approachable or loveable of the characters, but once you get to know her you'll be smitten!

For those of you unfamiliar with my style, please follow Bandito's link to see what it's all about. It may be a little different to what you're used to, but we feel it suits the story well.

Thanks for your support.

PQ Fingers: Thanks Mate!!

Meangry: Thanks my friend. Look forward to posting more...but more so...look forward to releasing the actual project. It's been a long time coming, and is jam-packed full of tickle novel and sexy tickle art.

Bohy: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! **squeals like a teen-age girl** Oh...ahem...it's only him. LMAO. Thanks, Sweetheart. Look forward to sharing Feather Quest with you.

Ghostely: YAY! Your first post on the TMF! Thanks again for working with me on Feather Quest, my friend. I know it's been a long road to get this crazy thing done, but I adore the final product. Thanks for being such a rockstar.

Thanks y'all!

I'll post another pic later today.

Yay.

Sasha....

One of my favorite fantasy characters is the druid/druidess character. The beast master. The summoner. I've always loved that sort or persona.

So when Ghostely and I started work on FEATHER QUEST, the character of Sasha was created with much ease and enthusiasm.

She's the most sultry of her house-mates...perilously so...in this kingdom which doesn't allow for ANY physical affection. Armed with her pet Bunny, and whatever other woodland creatures she can command...Sasha is quite the site to behold.

I've included this image of her because I wanted you all to see a tickling image from Ghostely...and how well I think he captures the sexiness of this genre.

So here's Sasha, under the spell of a dark paladin, just as her tickling begins.

More to come...

...Soon

The Deet

Bohy: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! **squeals like a teen-age girl** Oh...ahem...it's only him. LMAO. Thanks, Sweetheart. Look forward to sharing Feather Quest with you.

Take it from me.... That PR-man, despicable he might be, and I.... we share one brain. And he is my "eye", lol! 😀 😀
Looking forward to Feather Quest!

Bohy: Thanks and...AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! Sorry, flashback to the leprechaun guy. LMAO. **hugs** Thanks again for all your wonderful support, my amiga. You're delightful.

Well...

It's my birthday today (hooray for me)...and what better way to celebrate than to post another awesome illustration by Ghostely?!

YAY.

So here's Trixie:

The youngest of the house...Trixie is an adorable little shadow elf who is as devastatingly talented with a spell bag as she is dangerously klutzy.

Spunky, lethal, and just about the perkiest thing in the realm, Trixie actually made me chortle out loud a few times while writing her scenes.

Hope you like this cute and wonderful illo by Ghostely. I have to tell ya that Trixie's tickle scene in Feather Quest might be the best of the whole novel. And the illustration is brutally hot!

Cheers,

The Birthday-Deeto

Ahh, Trixie! My first FeatherQuest character, and easily my favourite! So cute, so spunky, so dangerous - though whether her spells or her clumsiness will affect you first is unclear!
And I'm not one for blowing my own trumpet, but her tickle scene is so hot my pen nearly caught fire!

Bandito: I'm so glad to hear that you're taking up fantasy writing! This looks like a fantastic collection of characters so far, and I can already tell there will be great chemistry between them. I noticed the theme of forbidden affection is one that is shared in common with BCO, one which worked very well there as well. I can''t wait to see the finished product!

Ghostely: It's a real pleasure to become acquainted with your work. These girls are extremely hot and I really enjoy your style. It's playful and sexy, which I think should be a great match for Bandito. Here's hoping we'll see lots more from you!

Kunzite: Thank you very much! As my first published work I'm very nervous, but I know that with Bandito at the helm, I'm in good hands!
What you've seen so far is just the beginning. Things are going to get hotter! FeatherQuest has allowed me to explore the erotice side of my art, which so far has skewed more towards teasing and suggestive.

K: As the best fantasy tickle author I have ever read...that means a tremendous amount to me. So thank you, good buddy. I hope Feather Quest lives up to your expectations. Ghostely is a fantastic artist, and I think FQ is gonna knock some socks off. As far as the theme of forbidden affection...I find it to be both a wonderful fit for the genre, and also a really fun conflict to play with. Although I hope the theme never gets repetitive...that would double suck. ;-)

CAB: Thanks my friend - although the credit at this point really goes to Ghostely. He's the artistic genius...I'm just the writer and punctuation guru. LMAO.

So...

Well...

Here's another pic for all y'all to check out.

I couldn't create a fantasy high adventure without a sexy orc bezerker in the mix. I've always loved the idea of a really strong female character under the feather of a smaller sneakier vixen.

So here's the imposing and ferocious Jozette (Jo) Juhnka. The most brutal brawler since Helmhas Bonefist...barely contained in an animal hide bikini...the thunderous Juhnka leaves a bloody smear of enemies in her wake. There's only one thing she's afraid of...

Well, technically two things.

The Dusky twins. Called the thieves of Twilight. Sin and Sadie.

So here's the first image done of the sexy twins (we changed their look just a bit for the final images) giving Jo a friendly little feathery foreplay.

Please let us know what you think.

Cheers,

The Deeto

At long last today is the day.

Whew.

The quest is about to begin.

So without further long winded anticipation, and no more gilding of the lily, I give you the final protagonist of FEATHER QUEST:

Victoria.

The fair, scarlet-haired paladin in sort of the main character of the Feather Quest universe. She is the captain of their small training house. She is the leader of their group. And she holds a secret more terrifying to her, and more important than she ever thought possible.

In the final we decided to give her long hair. But in this image, I'm so glad it's cropped short. ;-)

Please enjoy Vic. Please tell us what you think of Feather Quest when it becomes available in the VERY near future.

And thank you all for welcoming Ghostely to our small community, and for all of your wonderful support over the years.

Cheers,

B

As well as team leader, Victoria is the pin-up of the group. Look for her on the cover of next month's Paladin's Monthly!

FeatherQuest has been a real labour of love for me. It's been a fantastic introduction to the community, and I'm so proud of the end result.

Enjoy!!

Aw, too bad this is only gonna be an illustrated novel. By the looks of it, this would make a killer comic. Of course Deet knows what I'd want to see in it, lol.

Anyway, I hope it's a big success for you guys.

BTW Deet, I'm eagarly awaiting the next issue of "Bump" and "SAS". Hope to see them soon.

Only an illustrated enovel?

ONLY...gonna be an illustrated novel????!!!

**head explodes in a gooey mess**

Ha ha ha. I totally know that some folks prefer a comic over an illustrated novel...HECK...sometimes I prefer a comic to an illustrated enovel...but this project for example has over 30+ pages of sexy art!!!

30+ freaking pages!!!

That's way more than most comics. It also has over 65,000+ words of erotic fantasy tickle adventures. So all in all Feather Quest probably has about 2 to 10 times the amount of content of a normal tickle comic (mine included).

So although everyone has a different preference on format...I assure you that FQ is not "only an illustrated novel". You'd be hard pressed to get THIS much tickle action anywhere else.

But there's also not a belly button focus in Feather Quest...so I'd tell you not to buy it anyway. Heh... XD

It's more focused on naked feet...nylon feet...under arms...naked bellies...bare breasts...exposed ribs...trembling thighs...ya know - stuff like that. I think 11 different characters get tickled in more than 20+ different tickle scenes. Try fitting THAT into a comic.

We have got to get passed this "only an illustrated novel thing". If ya dig the comics, that's awesome. I dig em too. But realize that Feather Quest took more work than any comic project I've ever drawn. And deserves at least as much consideration. Also realize that novels often take more work, and give more content than most comics.

And thanks for the kind words about Sonya 2, and BITN 2. Honestly I've been working my arse off trying to finish up BITN II...but it's been slow going. Being unemployed, out of money, and exhausted from job searching haven't helped. Hee hee.

I need some motivation.

Say something...motivating...will you please?

XD

Cheers, mate,

You know, i have to say, if the rest of the art is going to be like the one involving the orcs, and your writing is going to be up to your usual high standards, i think this is going to be a winning story. I'm a huge fan of fantasy writing, and we just don't have enough of it, IMO, so i'm really looking forward to this.

When I said "only an illustrated novel", I was going on the assumption that it was going to be like past novels and only have a very few number of illustrations in it. I was not aware of the fact that it was going to have 30+ pages.

That being said, however, I like to see what's happening the whole scene as opposed to reading the whole scene and looking at an overview pin-up. Can't get as much eye candy with a pin-up as you can with a page containing several panels. Granted, pin-ups can be powerful and really good one-shots, you just can't show as much as what's happening in the scene as a comic page.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against pin-ups or novels, especially if they contain what I really like (I'm really looking forward to the next issue of "Tales from the Asylum"), I just prefer comics is all. No offense intended and i'm sorry if I did offend.

As for motivation...the sooner you get them done, the sooner you get your cut of the profits from me buying them. How's that? lol

Seriously though, i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one eagerly awaiting their release. At least, I hope i'm not the only one...i'd hate for such a greatly talented artist and writer to put so much time and effort into these and not get many purchases from people waiting for them. (No i'm not sucking up to Deet. I calls them as I sees them.)

Anyway, i'm sorry again if I offended and I hope that i've motivated you enough.

Yeah...there's totally no way you could have known how many illustrations were included with FQ. So no worries there. It's just that I've noticed a lot of misconceptions in our little community lately, and your comment brought some of those observations to a head.

With Feather Quest I tried an experiment. I love writing tickle fiction (knowing full well it's less popular than comics). So I wanted to write a huge sexy fantasy enovel. I also am a real fan of Ghostely's illustration. So I thought it might be fun to introduce a brand new talented artist to our fetish community, and spend over a year working on this project.

Getting a dismissive reaction like "Oh it's only an illustrated novel" makes me feel like I just wasted a year of my time, and even worse, Ghostely's time! It shouldn't matter how many illustrations are included. People worked hard on this...and a little positive encouragement goes a really long way.

Very true. And I agree. In fact, I think most people agree. Comics are more popular than enovels. I'm very aware of that. I could point out the benefits one gets from a great illustrated enovel that they don't get from a comic...but why bother? I don't want to get into a debate about the merits of differing formats. I just don't want any project in this community to be blown off when so much hard work went into it.

I love people's preferences. I respect them. I just ask for a little respect in return. A quick nice comment on the art, the fantasy theme, or wishing luck on to a new artist doesn't take any more time to write than a dismissive comment.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against pin-ups or novels, especially if they contain what I really like (I'm really looking forward to the next issue of "Tales from the Asylum"), I just prefer comics is all. No offense intended and i'm sorry if I did offend.

The next TFTA is gonna be AWESOME! And you're a great guy, Button. I've always appreciated your feedback. Heck, I've even added more button tickling to my work because I value your input.

I'm positive that you would never try to be offensive at all. And I don't mean to be defensive either. I just know how many hours went into FQ, and how much work. I know that Ghostely - who's become a good friend - was sorta hoping for a little encouragement and maybe even a friendly welcome. I know that I was still hoping that even thought this is "Only" an enovel that some folks might be excited to see some free art and some free fiction samples - even if they have no intention of buying the project.

As for motivation...the sooner you get them done, the sooner you get your cut of the profits from me buying them. How's that? lol

You know...it's funny but that's another huge misconception I've been seeing more of in our community. Out of curiosity how much profit do you think we see on an average tickle publication?

No, really - I'm super curious. Please let me know.

Well, thanks for the kind words. I have to be honest, Button. Tickle comics don't sell THAT many copies. They just don't. I'm gonna go out on a limb, and any tickle artists and writers can definitely correct me...but we don't do this for the money. We do it for 2 reasons: 1) Because we love it. 2) Because sometimes we get some encouragement. Even if that encouragement comes silently when a few people spend their own moolah to help us buy supplies and software to make the next comic.

But you don't become rich (or even pay your grocery bill) by creating tickle comics. That's why an occasional bit of encouragement can really make a big difference.

Anyway, i'm sorry again if I offended and I hope that i've motivated you enough.

Ah...once again - no worries BT. Like I said, you're a good guy and an honest guy. And I appreciate that you even take the time to post your comments, because most people don't.

But I have to be equally honest. My motivation comes from the pleasure of creating these novels and comics - from the wonderful compliment of the few folks that are willing to spend their hard earned money on them - and from the generous bits of encouragement we artists and writers get from time to time. You have been one of those people, and when you are...I appreciate it more than you know.

Cheers mate,

The Deeto
