whats your favorite tv show series

Not that you up tight Americans........

.....will ever get so see it (far too subversive and off message) but for me, it has to be "Monkey Dust" very sick, very offensive, very clever.
 
Hey, who are you calling uptight, Red? Actually I would probably watch "Monkey Dust" if we had it air around here.

Too many favorite series between the Star Treks, Babylon 5's, and the classic sitcoms("Honeymooners", "Odd Couple", "Addams Family", "Munsters")
I'd have to go with the others and say "Seinfeld" too.

I do remember "Parker Lewis Can't Lose" as well. I got a kick out of Melanie Chartoff as the principal. And there was one episode where they mention something about Ozzy Osbourne, then they flash to Ozzy: "Hey, you don't have to bite my head off!"

I don't watch much tv nowadays, but have always been a Monday Night Football fanatic; also try to watch "She Spies" every week.

All time favs? "Petticoat Junction" and the "Beverly Hillbillies" are at the top of my list...I also loved "Wings", "Full House", and "CHiPS"
 
I posted that my fave was Northern Exposure, which I still stand by. But thinking about current stuff got me wondering.

I do admit I've developed a bit of attraction for The Office 😀 Phoenix Nights is also a bit different than most stuff I'm accustomed to! I dig both! I've recently found myself watching another British TV show that I'm thinking probably gets very poor reviews over there...lol...I say this because I find it funny. It's Coupling. I think it's witty and fun, but it a much more real way than Friends could have ever been. All in all, I think my CURRENT faves are all British shows.
 
BLACK SHEEP SQUADRON used to be one of my favorites just for the humor value. And to think that it was based on a true character - Pappy Boyington.
 
My current top three are...ALIAS, 24, and DEADWOOD.

GASP.... Quantum Leap.... sigh That show was on when I was about 11, 12 years old. I adored that show.

And had a crush on Scott Bakula.

Mmmm.... those were the days.

Does anyone remember Sledge Hammer? It was the wacky dectective show that was out in the late 80's. I also remember some tickling in that show. Mmmm. I just did a search on it and it is coming out on DVD (season one) in July.

I remember "Sledge Hammer", Sunrise. VERY silly show, can't remember the actors name(David somebody?) but he use to talk to his gun and treat it like his partner.
The scene that sticks out most is when he corners a crook and makes the crook beat himself up! ("Alright, now finish yourself off!")

I had like 3 shows that were my favorite, they were the A-team; Airwolf; and The Dukes of Hazzard!!!
 
HILL STREET BLUES was one of my favorites as well. I hated to miss it.

I like M*A*S*H and I know everyline in every episode ,(Did I hear someone say "too much time on his hands?")But my all time favorite is Star Trek, all of them expect mabey Deep Space Nine,but the orignal,The Next Generation,Voyager and Enterprise(Joleen Blalock, Yipee).Takes me to another world and makes me ,even if only an hour,escape this world and all it's problums.

No contest folks......

...the worlds hottest show is "Monkey Dust" unfortunately it makes no attempt to kiss American ass and has many rude words in it, so, dont expect to see it Stateside any time soon.
 
Well then maybe Canada will import it and share it with our American neighbours.... I don't get your point. Am I wrong in sensing some hostility here? 😕
