This is a really tough choice. I would lean towards men because they're naturally stronger than women and I'm usually a sub, so when I get tickled, I want it to be impossible for me to get free. However, females are also insane ticklers because they have the nails and nails drive me crazy!
I vote both. Because it's always more enjoyable to be tickled by both at the same time rather than just one.
