Who gets your vote for best new album?

My vote goes to Maroon 5.
This is the very first time I loved EVERY single track (Now, never mind that 90% of the songs on there make me wish I was giving a lap dance!)you can really hear the influences of artists like Sting and Jamiriquoi, giving it a very sultry, bluesy-pop feel. If you like any of their debut radio songs, I cannot recommend this highly enough friends! Two SERIOUS thumbs up.

Now it's your turn, and remember, this has to be for NEW albums, not necessarily new artists...You cannot say "The Song Remains the Same," ok, kidz? 😛

You wanna hear dated? I don't listen to new music anymore, I think today's "music" sucks. So best "new" album for me is Van Halen's 2-disc compilation of their greatest hits, "The Best of Both Worlds"! It came out a couple of days ago and I got a copy. 🙄

(brightens up) Thank you tieler, I dunno-the terminology just seems natural to me. Wanna hear something funny? I actually cried when my radio/cassette tape player was replaced by a very expensive CD player--some of my very favorite "old school albums" were never released on CD!!!!

Well, a few good albums have been released this year so far, but I think there are still more good ones to come during the latter half of this year. So far, Crystal Method's "Legion of Boom" album gets my vote, but U2's new one might be able to top that....
