(and while I'm b!tching about vocabulary, start using the term "barefoot" properly - it's an adjective, not a noun. The word "barefeet" doesn't exist, and makes you sound stupid.)

I am constantly surprised when I hear people use the terms Ler and Lee. I had no idea it would catch on so much. When I first created the Tickling Gawkers Glossary it was a fun way to create a 'secret' dialogue amongst Ticklers in public places. And, although I don't hear much of any of the other terms spoken in the posts, I always hear Lee and Ler and I have to laugh. I want to say "Where did you hear that expression?"
I learned everything I know along these lines from my brother in Wisconsin.

Vissi right horrorshow to me, droogs. What say you?
