I'm assuming it's for whatever messenger you use. (AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, etc.) That's what mine is for. Could mean what members are on your TMF buddy list too, I suppose. In which case I have the same people on there I think, maybe a few less.

What I know of it, it simply tells you whose at the forum at the same time as you are, if you'd like to talk to them. One forum Im at, I use it, and I'll see a plu symbol by their name if they're on, telling me that should I want to send then a pm, and get a responce, I can.

Just letting you guys know that Baby, Girlsdoittoo, and Bugman have all made my buddy list now too ^^
