What do you like best about tickling gatherings?

Me, I love the sound of laughter, the feeling of joy that sounds the area; most of all I love the fact I am not alone in my passion, that people do allow me to tickle them because they wanted something from me, other than tickling itself.

Once you connect with folks who are like family or community to you, you jut enjoy seeing them. And fetish play is a bonus. That is me, anyway.

There just aren't too many people to talk to it about outside of this community. Talking about it online (like what we're doing right now) can only get one so far. At a gathering, you can finally meet fellow ticklephiles in the flesh. You can imagine how much better that makes everything.

I feel likewise - it's about the friends you meet.

Hosting 'em, for me, is also about offering folks the opportunity to see that we really exist. That this isn't all one big AI responding to tickling questions, written by some uber-geek with too much free time.

The tickling DOES rock, no question, but once you know folks in this community, and have friends that can validate that you're not some stinky weirdo or crazed killer, that's possible without organizing an open event.

It's still just wicked cool to see folks do like Terorizer did near a decade ago, gaping in awe at the fact that "we got away with it again." Had a condo full of people who played, and played kindly together. All 'lees respected. Everyone getting aftercare.

A whole lotta love. There's all kinds of important stuff after that, but it's all about the love. Makes the whole deal just excellent.

Now, for the OP's question: for me it's being social, hanging with the friends, seeing who can "out-funny" the other. I'm pretty stiff competition. 😛

The activities were fun. But I honestly got more enjoyment out of meeting people and putting faces to screen names. To me, and I've only been to one gathering, it is the people who made the weekend a great time. I cemented relationships with people I usually talk to in the forums and made new friends in the process.
