I can't speak for everyone but I'd suggest it's because hiring a buff male model costs the same amount as hiring an additional female model, and whilst a few people may have an interest in seeing a male 'ler with great abs and a tight backside,
most people (though clearly not all) don't seem to care less about that...hence it would be a waste of money.
I say this because I have never had a single request for a hot male model in my clips - I'm not suggesting that no one would buy the clips, just that there's nothing to indicate any real demand. In reality, female tickling clip consumers currently represent a tiny part of the market - if there were more females queuing up to buy clips with male models, then there would be more producers catering to that need.
In any case, there are some sites that seem to focus on this aspect and may be worth checking out if ripped male 'lees are your thing:

Your videos are different, and popular, Turtleboy, because you're kind of not what he's talking about, .....which is a compliment by the way!
You don't talk, thus, no creepy voice.
You stay out of the way, and we usually only see your hands or arms, thus, body type doesn't matter.
You don't wear a Scream mask, thus, no creepy mask!
Some of these guys are falling all over the models, you see more guy in mask than model sometimes!
The answer is: ....They can do whatever the hell they want, because they're making the videos, and probably don't really care that much what people think.
I mean, I've seen people make the same complaints...for literally years, ....and the producers keep repeating the same video. At some point you just accept that
they ain't changing their style.
For example, scores of people complain about a ball gag.....and the producer's like, "And of course, the "trusty" ball gag!" "And as always, the old ball gag!"
At some point, you just have to give up and stop complaining, because that damn ball gag ain't going anywhere. It's his ball gag fetish, he's making the videos....it's saying.
