It's the hips! Lol, she does have something very sexy about her. I'm not a huge fan of her voice but she has a slammin' body and a gorgeous face so I'm sure that helps. And great hair!!!! And I'm with you, I want a cage too!
 
I'd say the biggest thing is she always looks so sure of herself and she one of those that seems to be an approachable person. Doesn't hurt with the way she can move too

I know I'dlike to put you in a little cage, with you hands tied above your head and you feet sticking out. Then I would sell ticklets to all the ler on the forum lol. Shakira is hot because she is confident. She knows how to be sexy with out going to far. Allot of it probably has to do with the fact that she was already out of her teens before she had her big break-out english album. She as the looks and maturity of an actual woman, wrather then the pumped upto look like a woman when she is only 16 (aka Britney, Christina and a few others). Of course being Latin doesn't hurt either.

I agree with fireguardian. She's so sure of herself, so confident. She sings about knowing who she is and what she's got to offer in some of her songs. She is comfortable with her body and knows how to use it. What's hotter than that really? Think of the energy difference of a gorgeous woman walking into the room with strong self-assured strides and the same woman walking in looking down and maybe glancing around meekly for acknowledgment. So yeah, I think it's all in the way she carries herself for sure. :lion:

Oh and I 3rd wanting a cage (love that video) for Christmas too. 😀

See now, that's unfair. She's TRIED to look casual, many times I hear. By putting on hoodies and pajama pants and jeans and stuff. Unfortunately, those clothes keep catching on fire because of her. She is, quite sadly, forced to dress how she dresses. God made her literally flammable. Poor Angie. 🙁
