Why The TK/Handjob Popularity?

Its works together...

Giving a guy a hand job or foot job as I tickle him is awesome; I love to say dirty things or threaten to "tickle your feet until you cum"... I know it's a roleplay thing, but it's so much fun... i especially love to place my toes in a guys mouth as I tease him...

This all happens to many of us any given night...not really a big deal?

Lea

maybe because of this statement...

'PORN is just bullshit for no apparent reason.' - anonymous response to some sick sick perverted bastard

;p

Here's a theory that has nothing to do with what the guys actually like or how man of them like it. How about the thought that those fellows who are not comfortable with male lees, particularly with naughty bits hanging out, are just way more vocal about it?

If you take the not too giant leap that it's a form of homophobia, it would explain the loud protesting.
I am very offended by this. Everyone knows me to be respectful, open-minded and friends with just about everyone. I have many friends that are gay, even gone to clubs with them. I don't judge anybody.
But when it comes to video I do not like seeing a penis on the screen. It's my preference, and has nothing to do with being homophobic. Cant people just not like something because they don't, without there being some deep seeded evil underlying reason. I don't like eating mushrooms and I do not think anyone would assume I'm fungusphobic (if thats even a word)
Now perhaps you are only talking about those protesting, even that is unfair to label people as. Additionally I have one more thing that slightly bothers me,
Bella I do not know you or your posting style, so forgive me if I'm misinterpreting what you are meaning...
But your response to the above post seemed more of a cyber high-five and agreement to me. I would think as a Mod you would not condone labeling any group. It just seemed to me you agreed with labeling people who spoke out against something that they do not like in F/M as homophobic, which to me is insulting and baiting someone into a heated response.

I was not going to post in this thread, but I had too....I rarely speak up on issues like this, but members who have less posts or credibility than I if they posted what I just did would most likely get ganged up on, slammed or humiliated...I think I have a better than average chance of speaking my mind and getting out unscathed.

Lastly I respect yours and lk's opinion..they are yours and I am not one by any means to dispute your personal feelings or interpretation on a subject, just hoping that you do not really think anyone who does not wish to see a penis on a video is somehow homophobic.

I had the same gut reaction, though drew and rob are correct that it's worth reflecting on.

I notice that lk was referring to the vocal opponents of seeing men's naughty bits on screen. For me, this brings to mind certain TMFers who felt the need to start discussion threads about "Why M/M Tickling is Gay," and "What Do You NOT Like about M/M tickling?" It's hard for me to imagine why your average gay-friendly straight person would become so invested in that kind of hostility and divisiveness. Ditto for throwing an e-tantrum when another man's penis shows up in a video - that's a totally different matter than simply choosing not to view or purchase it.

It's fine to have personal tastes. It's when people feel the need to decry anything outside of their own preferences that we tend to think there's some closed-mindedness going on.

I agree.
Personally I don't mind seeing Captain Winky doing a salute in videos, beacause that's a pretty sure sign the 'lee is enjoying himself...

Cyber High-five? Beg Pardon?

what???
a woman tickling and sexualy pleasing a man, and it's homosexual?
stop the world i want to get off! cause here i thought just the opposite would be true.. what kind of society have we wrought? :sowrong:

She's not saying f/m is homosexual. She's saying a rabid anti seeing-anything-male rant might be indicative of homophobia. Big difference. "

Think about the guys who get bent way out of shape when there's a MAN in a tickling video, picture, or cartoon...the ones for whom f/f action is the ONLY action.....maybe they can't handle another man in an image or scenario, because they're afraid somewhere, deep down, they might be looking at him..... :hipoke: (That'll ruffle some feathers....get it? Feathers? Ha. I crack myself up.)

I think as the 'community' (using that term quite loosely) grows, and the internet provides material for ever-increasing niche markets within the community, people's likes and dislikes are getting more pronounced, and their opinions on those likes and dislikes are more strident.

Opinions are fine, but hostility about them is ridiculous. How can you get into a logical, reasoned debate about what gets your dick hard?

Thank you. I believe that's all Lk70 was saying, and that's all I was agreeing may be a sound theory.

Yes indeed. Didn't intend to offend anyone. Was merely noting that those who yammer the loudest about hating anything with a naked man in it might just be a tad homophobic.

I think perhaps that if they admit to liking something with a naked man in it, someone would think they are - horrors - gay.

So if Bella was surprised to see high sales of sexual male material after having heard so much denigration of it, that would explain why. Simply that those who are afraid of it are very very loud about it, making it seem as though no one likes it.

Those who make posts like - "Don't care for it, just not my cup of tea" are NOT the folks I'm referring to.

Thanks to those who understood what I meant.

No sweat

Thanks to those who understood what I meant.

I find it much easier to clarify the thoughts of people smarter than myself than to actually come up with intelligent points of my own. 😀

It doesen't seem like that big of a difference to me. I find both notions to be equally unfounded.

Bella is a producer of tickling videos. Naturally she's going to hear from her customers about what they like and what they don't like. Now it's being suggested that anybody verbally expressing a preference for the absense of male genetalia in their erotic videos, even to a video producer who needs this kind of feedback, is homophobic? Next thing we'll be hearing is that it's homophobic for a guy to refuse to kiss another guy, or tickle him. ("What?! You've never sucked another guy's cock before?! What are you, homophobic?!")

I know it's in vogue these days to slap a label of racism or homophobia wherever one can get away with it, but unless you want these terms to deteriorate into meaningless cliche, I would suggest limiting their use to where they actually pertain.

Bohemianne, it begs the question, how loud can one be on an internet forum? If by loud, she means "emphatic," well people are "loud" about a lot of things, particularly when it comes to what they like and don't like in tickling videos. I "hear" a lot more "volume" in the protests regarding feet vs upper body than anything else. Does that make the upper body entheusiasts "podaphobic"?

Oh, but that's not the popular buzz word of the decade, is it? 😉

What?

My initiation of this thread had nothing to do with me as a producer, what my customers have or haven't expressed, etc. It came *purely* from my observations of how incredibly well handjob + tickling clips sell on Clips4sale and other clip and video sites, nothing to do with my business whatsoever. Furthermore, why is it so hard to comprehend LK70's discussion of RABID nay-sayers, not folks who are simply "verbally expressing a preference for the absense of male genetalia in their erotic videos"? We're talking about the truly hostile folks, no one else. There's no labeling or unfair generalizing going on.

: sigh : Okay....I'll say it again, and try to make it clearer:

"a RABID anti seeing-anything-male rant MIGHT be indicative of homophobia."

It's also in vogue to jump on an anti-PC bandwagon, without reading things like adjectives and qualifiers in a sentence, that leave it open to interpretation and discussion. I would suggest looking closer at a sentence, lest you trip yourself up, pouncing on perceived "buzzwords".

Try this one:
If a MASKED man walks into a bank with a bag, that MIGHT be indicative of a robbery. Am I saying every man with a bag is a bank robber? Am I even saying every masked man with a bag is a bank robber? See how that works?

There's a big difference between "I don't care for f/m, it does nothing for me", and "OMG why would I want to see a dude's hairy junk in a video, makes me wanna puke LOL", isn't there?

How the hell did racism get tossed into this, anyway?

I have no trouble with the way the thread was initiated. Quite the contrary, I find it to be a very interesting topic in which I'm glad to participate. It's what the thread should have stayed about, but like many threads it jumped the shark and became about something else.

I'm afraid I must respectfully disagree. Here is a quote from your opening comments:
"it's just that I've always gotten the impression that the *last* thing male tickling enthusiasts want to see is another guy, and that's with his clothes on and his bits tucked away,"
Now maybe its just my lack of perception in such matters, but I don't see the how that sentence infers that "We're talking about the truly hostile folks, no one else." If you weren't talking about rabid hostility in your opening post, why are we talking about it now?

I respect your opinions but in this one case I would disagree and say that I believe there most definitely is labeling and unfair generalizing going on.

Not that I've never been guilty of that myself. I have. And there were plenty to call me on it at the time, as I recall. 😉

Your welcome to your interpretation of my words however purposely incorrect it may be. I prefer to converse with those who refrain from being willfully obtuse for the sake of argument and thank those who are here for the actual conversation.

Well again as I stated in my first post, please forgive my misinterpretation.

And frankly that's all I care to say to you.
Very well, I shall refrain from posting further to you. If I ever have a issue again, I shall keep it to myself or contact someone else. Best to you and yours in all of your endeavors.

Are you calling me an intellectual remora?

Not that I'd argue. Just askin'.

:couch: I can do this by myself!

^ You know, just curious about you....why the special attachment to the word "perverted"?

*Looks around*

So far in this thread, no baobab tree or kangaroo had been raped and abused yet...:devil2:

I am utterly mystified as to why there is such a prevelance of the hand jobs clips from tickling producers. I would have thought (and much preferred) there to be more footjob clips out there. They seem to be a rarity though, which truly doesn't make sense to me, considering how closely linked the foot and tickling fetishes are for so many people.
