First off, as a guy I can tell you that the ballsack is by far the least attractive part of the male body. I would assume that a girl who likes the guy she is with would like to tickle him there, but I highly doubt it's that important to a girl. I'd be much more satisfied with a girl being ticklish on her feet than her vagina.
