Unless your assailant is close behind you, the elbow isn't the easiest thing in the world to use. Your best bet is always to flee. In the event that you cannot run, remember that no matter how hard someone works out, they cannot grow muscle over their eyes, throat, or genitals. These areas can be damaged by anyone, and will cause a great deal of pain and concern if injured. Also remember that teeth are much harder than flesh, and a bite wound can be surprising and painful enough to make someone loosen their grip.

Be sure to look UNDER your car as well. Someone hiding under a vehicle is not only difficult to see, they are also in a perfect position to attack anyone who approaches the vehicle and opens the door. Often, the attacker will reach out with a knife and cut the Achilles tendon of the person opening the door, rendering them virtually helpless.

Damn, that bit about hiding under a car scares the crap out of me. I work in a hospital in a pretty bad area of a pretty bad town. I'm freaked out about that one!

The tip of the thumb can be used for driving jabs into semi-soft targets of the assailant's body, where the muscles cover the bones, such as the insides of the thigh or upper arm, the rib cage, and the sides of the neck. The fingers curl beneath the protruding thumb for support. If you take hold of a pencil with a fist, then snap it with your thumb, your hand will be somewhat close to this technique. Also, when throwing elbows, use the movement of your entire body. This way, you can throw an elbow in any direction.

As much as I despise violence, things happen and it's everyone's responsibility to protect yourself and loved ones when the choice of peace isn't your's to make.

truthfully in my opionon, All women should be treated as one, and nnot like a piece of meat. For a woman to lose her dignaty and self- esteem from certain men who now can be classified as stakers, is not a chance they should take. I myself am a man who will give respect to any woman no matter what. Some men should really wake up and understand like i do that some woman may not take this as a threat anymore and they should stick up for themselves. Plus i am a protector of many women and even some from here, and i am the first to lead the brigade of making woman fight for their dignaty and respect. any man who disagrees with me is not a ream man. And any man who threatens the safety and well being of a woman no matter what she may look like,(AGRE, RACE, COLOR, SIZE) is a man who will never get my respect.
