Professional pedicurist, specializing in podiatric hygiene, but essentially just making feet healthy and pretty.
 
Finishing up the student segment of life, whilst working nights.


Not the ideal situation. But I like who I work with, and my job is fairly easy with decent pay, so I can't complain.... too much anyway.

I make sandwiches, review folk music, and hopefully in the fall will be interning again. I've always wanted to be a writer, and hopefully sometime before I die I'll be able to make a living doing just that.

for some reason i find that amazingly awesome. got some bitchy passenger... the things you could do to her! anyway!

i'm a graduate student studying a relatively wide variety of computer science topics. once i graduate, i will be a college professor. but yeah, for now, just learning and trying to do something no one's ever done with computers.

I used to be a janitor for a retail store until they laid me off due to hours reductions and scheduling conflicts with school. I'm now currently unemployed and living with relatives rent free.

I'm going to school to get a medical certification (the doctorate ship sailed a long time ago and I'm too old to start over again) to make lots of money for little effort; I'm currently thinking of dental hygienist as it's the only one I can find that meets those requirements.

IDEALLY I want to be a filmmaker and pornographer, as well as a novelist and illustrator. But since I've had nothing but interruptions that keep me from learning and practicing said fields, that gets further and further away each year.
 
I work in a book store, play in a band, and am a part-time guitar teacher.
 
I'm a consultant - technical writing and business information research. I don't always work 9-5, but currently I'm doing an onsite contract at a molecular diagnostics company.

haha! I had some "bitchy" passangers when that picture was taken.
I was talking with the police after they had takes 2 idiots who where on my train thinking they can do as they want.

I loooooooooove my job!! :xpulcy:

As far as I'm concerned, the only important thing right now is that I am a member of a strong union. No we are not lazy crybabies. Though I don't do the 9 to 5 thing (actually, I work from 8AM to 4:30PM), we DO actually work. That is one myth propogated by the right-wing capitalists that pisses me off to no end.
 
I work in a bookstore. I'm also a student, but I'm currently not taking any classes.
 
I just graduated with my Bachelor's in Accounting last year, so then I got hired on in the finance department of a company that does Social Security Disability benefits for seniors and disabled.
 
I'm in the midst of a career change now. I've always been a part-time writer. I used to work in 3rd sector housing management while studying sociolinguistics part-time. Then I took a career break to go backpacking for half a year. Now I'm an EFL teacher, still a part-time writer (with moderately more recognition these days), and STILL studying bloody sociolinguistics part-time.

God, just writing all that makes me long for the pub. The pub! Who wants to come along? It's a lovely rainy Sunday afternoon in Edinburgh.
