If they have it either way, I'd rather know. If we're both into it and would want to play with each other, it seems silly to let that slip by you.

A huge part of tickling for me is the banter and flirting involved with communicating verbally with someone, so second option.

Select few with someone who knows my tastes. I think anything more than a playful tickle is a pretty personal interaction, I'd rather not just be going around tickling anyone that immediately caught my fancy or anything. Plus that one person really knows what I want, and hopefully shares those preferences.
