No. Under absolutely no circumstances would I even remotely consider doing this. That sounds like a good way to get E.Coli.

My toilet water's blue and full of chlorine, so no, I don't think that'd be such a hot idea (attractive as it may look). Even without the disinfectant, I wouldn't imbibe, for the same reason that Smoten states.
