I wouldn't count this out as a fake just yet.

The reason why I am saying this is because I have witnessed one of my friend's younger brother pull this kind of shit from age 15 to 27! Though his brother also incorporated vulgar language directed at his parents and accompanied by thrown objects as light as a utensil to as heavy as lawnmowers.

The scary part is that he now has a kid. Strangely enough, his son is very well behaved with exceptional manners. When he DID throw tantrums from age 2 to 4, he was more dignified than his own father!
