Yes, we released fairly late on March 1st. Just barely under the wire! We will generally aim for the earlier side of the release date, but my schedule got the best of me.

Winner of Agency Publishing's first ever Fan Fiction contest is TickleFur!

Last summer as part of our 10-year celebration we hosted a contest where fans of the series could write stories and the winner would have their stories illustrated with a one page pinup by Javier and Patricia, artists of our flagship comic! The winner of this contest is TickleFur. We liked his story and thought it brought a nice flashback sequence in a series of events only hinted at in the books: before Agent Succubus was killed, what adventures did she and Yang share while Succubus was in captivity? TickleFur answers the question and much more in this lovingly crafted tale. We reached out to him after having a neat idea. Instead of just a pinup, would he like the sequence to instead show up in our upcoming release? TickleFur agreed, and there is the flashback is illustrated in The Agencies #20 as part of something Yang remembers while in the Agency prison.

This is a wonderful pinup of Agent Deadline laying casually on a bed. As always, Javier and Patricia did a superb job here bringing her to life as one of our favorite comic girls next door.

But ya, I'll keep saying it until I'm blue in the face you have the best tickling stuff period. I like your tickle town site and the girls there, but I am absolutely in love with your comics. The agencies is absolutely incredible, I love everything about it. It has the right tone, merciless tickle torture, hot girls, great ticklers, and a story dialogue that's worth reading......still can't believe this story has been going on a decade. Just crazy how good it is and how long it's been going. It really speaks a lot to what you're trying to do with all your books, I love how they're all basiclaly just one story. In this book, I loved the lesbian stuff. Succubus and the asian girl were hot, but omg Deadline kissed that girl!! Wasn't expecting that. Love the asian girls going at each other and Deadline's kick ass scene from hell lol. Reminds me of when she jacked those guards from the earlier issue with her flips and kicks. And Tiffany??? omg naked in a towel for a page ffs??? I'm dying. You're killing me and I love it. And Tickler going soft on her? Hmmm

Anyway, when is the next Yelena coming out? I"m seriously dying to see that book bro!! Don't know if I wanna see Tiffany or Yelena get it worse at this point but will be the happinest tickler on earth when I see it .

There's something about twins. It's one of those "so-common-it's-a-cliche" sort of fantasies. That doesn't mean it's a bad thing, of course. It's simply around. And with this issue of The Agencies, we get a chance to see that fantasy played out with two of the loveliest twins: Yin and Yang.

But that's not all. The first scene is based on the story that won our recent fiction contest. Our winner, TickleFur, has a lot to be proud of here! It's a great scene and we can't thank him enough for the inspiration!

Not only that, but there's more of the ever-popular Agent Deadline and even a cameo by someone we're betting no one was expecting!

The issue opens up in the Agency's holding cells. Here the twins Yin and Yang are held awaiting their full interrogation and eventual trial by the Agency.

The Agency itself is under attack and Agent Deadline is one of the last remaining defenders of the base. She is activating the defenses as Yang nearby meditates, trying to calm her mind. Yang is still pissed at her twin Yin for murdering Agent Succubus. As Yang tries to calm down, memories of the past flood her brain, as seen here at the bottom of the page. Yang's mind goes to a happier time when her lover still lived.

The memories fade, replaced by anger later in the issue.

I can tell you, it was nice to get #20 out the door. It was a fun milestone now it is business as usual with the next issue. I am glad to hear you liked it! The flashback was fun and seeing a couple different plotlines develop was great as well.

Yelena production is still underway, we're probably looking at a summer 2013 release for the next issue there. Yelena or Tiffany? Hmm, yes tough choice 🙂

Thank, I definitely appreciate the comments on the storyline. It has truly been going for awhile, yes. I just finished up two more scripts today, shipped off to the editor, so the saga across all the comics definitely continues 🙂

Now that the book's been out for a bit, commenting on spoilers won't hurt! The Agent Deadline scene was fun to write. In these books, so often we have to write the Agent failing in order to make their ticklish predicaments come to life. But it's also cool to see them succeeding and kicking ass at what they do. Agent Deadline looks like a total cream puff to others in this comic universe, but she can handle her own, as evidenced in her dealing with Lucy this issue.
