You Can Tell ... Right?

Hey everybody. For my first post I'd like to ask the question we all might have asked ourselves at least once, and that is, "Can they tell?" Whether you kept it a secret or not, intentionally or accidentally, is the question here. Hiding our desires can be hard, and exposing them can be even tougher, but has all that effort payed off, or has it gone the other way?

Personally, if you met me right now, you could go either way of deciding whether or not I have an inclination for tickling. First, I never like to say the word 'tickle' in public. It's just so weird for me to say that outside of a forum or protected conversation. Second, I always peer over to some girl who has her feet, belly, and/or underarms exposed, but quickly look back as to not divert attention. Finally, I am not one to tickle someone else in public, even when given the possibility to, for fear of someone seeing the joy I have in my pants. Some might think I have different approaches when it comes to tickling, while more learned individuals can most likely identify what's going on.

I ask everyone if they believe they have any tell-all signs, exibited intentionally or not, from themselves or from people they observed, and if they could, share them with us. I look forward to your replies.

From my personal experience, they can't tell if you don't tell. When tickling is ever brought up i would never go crazy with the subject, i just tried to remain natural about it. However when some friends began tickle fight i was not shy from hopping right in and showing the girls how much laughter they really can produce... when they're not teaming up and destroying me.

My first serious girlfriend knew that i loved tickling her, mainly because I always tickled her. But she never knew to what extent I enjoyed it until I told her, which I knew was necessary if I was to enjoy it to the fullest.

Another girlfriend never got too serious with before we broke up but she suspected nothing until I told her I liked feet. After than I had all the sole licking/toe sucking I wanted, but she wasn't ticklish and therefore never found out about that fetish.

Maybe I've been just too paranoid about the subject. I first thought, when I started actually getting into the scene, that being exposed as a tickling fetish would be the worst thing ever (the plain embarrasment). Now I realize that a fetish is the last thing someone jumps to, especially one for tickling. It isn't that bad anyways, so I should relax much more about whether or not people can tell. I've been caught peeking at ladies feet a time or two to the point where they've actually commented in public like "stop staring at my feet!".....luckily though they were friends and weren't pissed or weirded out (I think)......and here I was thinking I was being discreet. As far as tickling though, the only way someone would find know is if they went on my comp and saw the history 🙂:erasing history and deleting cookies 🙂 )

I agree with the majority here that, unless the subject is brought up, the majority of people you meet would have no idea. The upside is that I have seen the subject of tickling pop up now and again on more mainstream shows so it may come to light somewhere down the line.

Foot fetishes seem to be much more well known.

I'm always paranoid people will figure me out. I've only ever told two people, who both took it well.
Interestingly though, I have a friend who I've tickled on the odd occasion (nothing excessive), she isn't a massive fan of being tickled, so I don't do it often or for prolonged periods, and havent done for at LEAST six months now (we dont hang out too often), but I was texting her the other day saying I was feeling a bit low, and she replied saying "I'll give you a hug and let you tickle me to cheer you up".
Which instantly made me think "DOES SHE KNOW?! She's obviously figured out I like to tickle! I thought I was more subtle about it."

I also had a friend who once said to me after a night of drinking "My feet are killing me in these heels" then placed her barefoot in my lap and said "There you go, I know you'd like to massage them *wink wink* they're yours baby *laughs*"

Did she know? I had spoken about feet with her from time to time, but nothing I thought would bring up suspicion...

It's possible that neither of them really know how serious your love of tickling is, but it's also very possible they know that you enjoy it to some degree. I say run with it. If they're willing to let you indulge periodically, that means they're either good friends or just really open minded and don't think it's anything to make them look at you any differently. Ride the wave my friend......who knows, perhaps you may find a consistent lee, or someone you can atleast be open about it with w/o feeling they'll look at you any differently

^ Yeah the more sensible part of me did think that they might have a little suspicion, but are probably open minded. And they're both very good friends. Even though we don't hang out much, we're very close.
It was just the paranoid part of me that paniced and thought "AHHH what if they think I'm a freak?!"

upon first meeting someone I don't think they'd be able to tell, but if you drop hints like hot cakes then maybe 🙂. I think when a person is comfortable enough they will most likely spill the beans anyway 🙂.
