Just had you tube account terminated as someone complained about foot tickling clip once again. They don't seem to account for the half million hits with no complaints. Is there any was of finding who complains or is there any mileage in appealing to you tube. Anyone else had probs recently.

Yep. Its amazing the stuff that never gets pulled from youtube, but the more toned-down and fully clothed your tickle clips, the faster they seem to go.

I did follow the insulting comments I received from one YT user to check out his profile...he was basically a born-again evangelist who seemed to be posting abusive comments on every tickle clip he could find (I have nothing against religion but the guy was nuts!) It's a stereotype but people like that do actually exist - they literally set up youtube accounts for the purpose of seeking out and report tickling clips, whilst preaching about how perverted it all is! One could be forgiven for thinking that there are more genuinely harmful and offensive things in this world to report on...

Were they copyrighted clips that belonged to someone else? If so, your account may very well have been closed for reasons of copyright infringement, not because people complained about the clips' content. On the other hand, if the clips were posted legally, well, I'm also puzzled as to why such clips regularly get removed and the corresponding accounts terminated.

This was back before I realized that tickling clips usually got removed, and I was pissed when it was taken down. I even sent a user message to the girl who put up the clip and told her not to take it personally and that a lot of us really liked her clip. One theory was that someone may have flagged it assuming that the girls were trying to "rape" the guy. I don't know. I imagine the concept of tickling with bondage involved for pleasure really messes with a lot of people's minds. Probably weirds them out enough for them to flag it.

It happens all the time - all a person has to do is flag a video and YT will delete it without question. Tickling clips, be they fully clothed or otherwise are considered in 'breach of community guidelines' by YT and so they will remove any that come to their attention. They will sometimes delete accounts without question if someone complains about the content. There is really no way of arguing the case with YT either as they sill simply not respond. It really comes down to whether those that spend their time flagging the videos they don't like (and there are some people that have a particular issue with tickling videos) stumble across your clips, as they will be sure to get rid of them if they do. There's nothing like self-appointed moral guardians to protect people from the things they like!

Hah youtube has been nothing but a communist regime since Google bought it. I don't doubt that people on there do flag videos but it's also google too. I had my old account removed on there due to petty copyright laws and frankly I wasn't really copying anything!!! Suffice to say I don't use pootube anymore it's nothing but a porn site with children squabbling on it, and of course the random person bringing up religion!

I think a more likely scenario, unless the video page actually said it was yanked for a violation, is that the user got a ton of creepy messages from tickle fetishists and pulled the video herself. The fact that you felt the need to message her yourself supports that theory, IMHO, as a lot of people who post personal clips to YouTube do it with the notion that no one but their friends are going to see it, and can't understand why total strangers would take an interest... unless they were pervs.

Yeah I think you're right. If people don't understand something they'd rather get rid of it than figure it out. The sex videos don't confuse vanillas but our stuff does so it gets flagged sooner.

It's the friggin commies JJ who do this sort of thing! remember the Leyland Shop stewards from the 1970's who's only kick out of life is to cause misery and mayhem amoungst everyday folk, the same people who deliberatly drive tractors on a busy single carriage A road in rush hour!...damn them....there thats my moan for the day.
