I don't believe this has been posted...I wasn't sure if You Tube stuff is really considered mainstream, but I've scene it here quite a bit.

A girls says they are doing a test for the government and tickles this girl 3 different ways-bare foot with fingers, nyloned foot with fingers, and barefoot with feathers.

They put it up on youtube, only for someone to find it and A) Assume the tickled party was of age B) Diddnt care like all peadophile scum do.

Yes, there's no way to be 100% sure about things like this, but I don't think the girl is underage...since those feet look like they have seen the inside of some badly fitted heels.

Oh no, I'm quite sure this was in fact a government designed and funded medical experiment. Recently the Department of Health and Human Services has been trying to promote greater anatomical awareness among Americans. What better way to do so than to sponsor a tickle video on YouTube featuring women like Tina and Nikki and a feather? Notice how everything is conducted within very precise scientific parameters, leaving no room for error. Tina even uses formal, state-of-the-art terms like "the subject" and "effective," so we can safely assume that we have confirmation of the experiment's validity. Therefore, Nikki must be of age since only adults can consent to participate in government studies.

Good job stirring up some passions, Luci. Especially where governmental activity is concerned, people often have strong feelings. Some folks don't want our government to get involved in very important areas like health care and tickling research. Pretty short-sighted I'd say.

We have no way of knowing the relationship between the two highly-trained experts engaged in this government-sponsored project, or their ages for that matter. But we certainly can trust that the government itself would not violate federal regulations. Let's have a little faith in our elected officials, people!

Ha, you're great, dig dug. First of all, I agree with you in that the underage issue is not of concern here. However, I'm not quite sure if you were being sarcastic in saying that the government designed and funded this experiment!!

In case you are serious, I'm going to have to argue against your notion.
First, look at the camera work, the location of the "experiment," and the lack of the naming of a specific government
agency. Second, what "factors" and "controls" are there? There is only one subject. A well-designed experiment would have several subjects, and far more controlled conditions.

If anything comes even close to an "experiment," it would have to be this because at least it was shown on television!! Furthermore, it even consults actual experts in the end!

Your post shows a rather unfortunate misapprehension of the principles of modern science. Notice how Tina uses several different methods of experimentation (barefoot, nylon, and feather). On each tickling occasion she carefully and objectively analyzes the nature of the reaction she induces. (See how she precisely observes the subtleties of the finger vs. feather dynamic.) It's all extremely professional. Even more impressive is the profound dedication to the cause of human knowledge shown by Nikki in this project. Apparently, along the way, the tickling resulted in some minor injury to this young scientist, but she nonetheless persists in submitting to the experiment! Now, I don't think you would find that sort of self-sacrifice outside the purview of our own U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, do you?

As for your objections concerning location, camera work, project identification, controls, and so forth--for years now the present administration has slashed funding for the humanities, so I'm sure Dr. Tina and Dr. Nikki's budget was quite limited for this project and they couldn't waste a single word. I think you'd agree that in science you must make do with what the government gives you. (I doubt that Tina and Nikki even received a salary for this impressive endeavor, but such is the price of progress.)
