Now, whether it is or isn't...I'm not sure what to do next. On all the links posted so far, for download, I've tried the 'save target as' option, but have simply gotten an error. I downloaded the flash player posted in the first page of this thread, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

Also, will I have to have these load every time, or will they henceforth be saved on my hard drive (so I don't have to bother with my dialup)?

I keep trying to download a few clips but it keeps stopping at a certain time and won't fully download. I tried waiting a few days and it let the whole clip load at the site but when I tried downloading it just downloads the shorter version. anyway around this? :sigh:

Hey, sorry to bug you, but it seems that these downloads only work at certain times of the day. Else, I get a message saying its unavailable. You wouldn't happen to have a sort of schedule I could follow in order to effectively download them, would you?
 
Same here, i got an error page, but some weeks ago i could to get one. Perhaps the service is down, i'm right ?.
 
Does anyone have any experience with the flashplayer for Mac. I have what seems to be the right version downloaded, but am unable to play the clips. Nor does the get-video system seem to work for me. On the other hand, the download site Nessie mentioned earlier worked fine, except for the problem with the flashplayer on trying to play it.
Is there any way of changing the clips from the flv format to anothern - wmv, avi, ram...

I can to transform a clip from a format into another one, but i need to get the clip first. Yeah, you can to transform a clip from a format into another one, using a program called "CinemaForge", but this one is for Win32 plattform, not for Mac. If you wish, only send me the clip by means of www.rapidshare.de, and i'll kindly transform it for you.

Thanks very much for the offer - and more for the idea. I had a look after your information for a file converter for Mac and found iSquint from www.iSquint.org. It is able to convert the files to Quicktime format.

What's wrong with You Tube. It used to be you could hit Date Received and get the latest clip. Now when you do that, it has not updated any clips for a week.
 
There's no need to have Cynthia_Massol get each of these links. I don't know if any of you know, but the site KeepVid, http://keepvid.com/, will allow you to get a link that you can save (You still have to add .flv, though), not just for YouTube but for many other sites as well (Such as MySpace).
 
I thought everyone already did that. Heh...some people simply do not understand logicoson
 
Ok, I give up. It gave me the download link, but now it has issues downloading...claims site is unavailable. I quit. No clips for me. 🙁

I think Video Downloader and KEEPVID are able to download MySpace clips in FLV format, but i don't like MySpace because i can't convert their FLV clips into MPEG by using any programs i have (Riva FLV Encoder, SUPER, SC Video Converter...).

The best clips sharing systems are, for me, YouTube and Google Video
(with maybe a turning point to Google Video now, because the YouTube moderator is removing more and more clips).
 
yeah thats the problem I can't convert the my space clips, I had to get an flv player to play them
