I don't know if she's technically a celeb, but this young lady has her own youtube channel, and she is also unbelievably HOTT!!! If Jennifer Anniston is a 10, then this girl's a "50".
This young lady is gorgeous blonde Canadian, and seems incredibly sweet(what is it about Canada and beautiful blondes? - Shannon Tweed, Pam Anderson, Natasha Henstridge, Laura Vandervoort). To be honest I think she's also part Swiss, but not sure.

Anyway at 4:34 of this clip we find out her beautiful feet are ticklish(and they were barely touched).

I also hope the guys on here don't go crazy and start sending 50,000 requests for Zar to show her feet, or bother her and her husband to do tickling video's(I'm pretty sure she's married or at least engaged to a very lucky man who's also in a lot of these vids) She seems like the type that would be creeped out by fetish requests. This is the sort of thing that reinforces the stereotype of us as bunch of pervy weirdos, and I have a feeling that's why Mike and Robyn aren't doing any more tickle vids.
