Apparently, in my absence from activity, certain folks have tried to use me as a symbol or a sentiment in their ongoing war with chosen members of this community.
I made an active choice to do other things which have a hold of my time, as well as currently am dealing with computer issues. So, we are dealing with a two prong issue; I'm not really desiring to go onto this site because of the properties it contains because I feel it foolish to put sure things on someone else's computer. And the second prong is that I have been more concerned with ongoing elements with my life, my writing, and my friends both online and offline. I'm only vaguely aware of what is even going on now or what fight of the month we are dealing with.
For those who might wonder, no, I wasn't exiled. No, I'm not taking up Drew70's mantle. His awareness of this community depends on who you ask, but my sentiment is clear; forums are not free speech havens, they are dictatorships. This is the sandbox of someone else. If you are paying for Jellsoft or VBulletin tools, that's another thing. If you are paying for a membership, that is another thing. If you are sending the guy who pays the server bill money, then you are entitled. I believe your money is what makes a sandbox. He is banned from TMF. He could be unbanned, but the process of graveling is something difficult to do when you feel you can't bend at your knees.
My sentiment is simple; my pm box is open, and if you want to get in contact with me, it's a pm away. I'm not a vigilante for anyone's cause anymore and I'm not for sale. I'm not swooping in to fight the good fight or fight the bad one. I don't dance on strings.
So keep my name out of your mouth unless you actually know my sentiment or understand my reasoning. I only talk to four people off this forum on a consistent enough basis and three of them have my goddamn phone number.
