The babinski reflex is not normal after age of two, as the nervous system developes. You would not expect to see the toes spread and the big toe pull back in an adult, unless they have some sort of neurological disorder or injury, according to online medical sources.

One Good thing is if you find the Journal articles online but can't get them, you can usually see enough of it to then go find the paper journal in a library and then find the articles in them.

I would say it is not great to share things publicly from a private email. It would also depend on the circumstances surrounding getting the information. I personally think it is wrong to lie/trick someone into revealing the information so it can be shared publicly as some are doing via twitter...
