Hi! Old member, new account here. Some of you will know me by my old alias; Scavenger. Why make a new account and not attempt to recover the old one? Well, for one thing, I can't really find the motivation to go through the effort of doing so. But more importantly, I feel like my old "persona" of Scavenger does not represent the person that I am today anymore. After all, people do change over the course of more than a decade. In fact, I consider myself such a different person of whom I was before, I really only have my fetish art in common with the Scavenger of old, as if only a ghostly aspect of my old self continues on; hence, I would call myself the Ghost of Scavenger (yes I've probably been reading way to much into Masamune Shirow's most seminal work ;) ). And what really does happen to artists that -for reasons unknown- seem to leave the community behind and go silent? Do they turn their backs and walk away permanently, or do they hang around and wander the halls of a community they still hold dear, forever unseen, just like... a ghost?

Well those are some of my philosophical musings, and motivations for the name change.

After many years attending to important personal matters, I slowly rediscovered my love for creating tickling fetish art -and was greatly encouraged in this by Jim from MTJ Publishing who recently published a new artwork collection of mine named "Gargalesia" https://mtjpub.com/publications/info/gargalesia-01.

I have a few pieces to share that nobody has ever seen before. For simplicity's sake, I'm going to post them into this same thread as I go along, probably edit this post with links to them, if I can figure out how to do that again, it's been a long time LOL! XD

Without further ado; the first one here depicts a poor female victim, chained to a "sacrificial" altar in that nightmarish realm which exist in the chtonian depths of the earth, suffering the ticklish ministrations of the slithering monstrosities that dwell there. This one started out as part of a project I was working on named "Profundis", but ended up being cut from it, Nonetheless I still ended up finishing it, as I liked how it was turning out. I don't know when project Profundis will be finished, or whether it will ever see the light of day, but I certainly have a few pieces to show that are set in the same slimy, tentickle-infested world ;) so stay tuned and be sure to check back for more!

If you happen to browse through the pictures, please do let me know in the thread which one is your favourite piece, just in case I fancy doing more tickling art in the future :)

GoS... that'll take some getting used to! Welcome welcome welcome back, however you choose to be known! Without question, the most accomplished artistic talent to ever grace our Community! Your resurrection is indeed a cause for rejoicing! This latest offering demonstrates an evolved outlook, with a strong organic element complimenting the rubberized bindings so synonymous to your approach! I don't imagine the ultra-mechanical restraints for which you're so well known are gone for good, only augmented and enriched by a whole slew of additional options! Shall be referring back to this thread constantly, savoring each precious new contribution as it's offered! Did I say welcome back! Take another! Take a thousand! Proclaim today a Community holiday! Scavenger returns!!!

Incredibly sexy work and totally inspirational! Thanks for sharing!

Ah, you are too kind, my friend! Thank you very much for the kind words :) Rest assured, dark mechanical tickle torture is still very much part and parcel of my work ;)

Next picture, this one is a bit more in keeping with the type of art I used to be known for. A bit more "Gargalesian" if you will. "The Pale Trial", Not quite sure what the story is here, but the title seemed appropriate to me after I finished this piece :D

Pictures of the highest quality… you sir, truly have a gift!

The cold-blooded, insectile mercilessness of the mechanical... the Ghost excels at such pitiless scenarios just as surely as Scavenger ever did! Giger-like without being Giger inspired; while his automations are redolent of decay, yours are captured in the full bloom of their malignant lust and vigor! Assembly line sensibilities whose tolerance for the fallibility of flesh is unforgiving... foreplay as conceived by Fred Saberhagen's Berserkers!

I had to look up Fred Saberhagen and his Berserker series, I had never heard of it! I will definitely check out his work as that is the kind of science fiction I find very intriguing. I don't get around to read a lot these days, but perhaps I'll be able to find it as an audiobook. Currently enjoying Gregory Benford's "Galactic Centre" series, which deals with similar concepts of machine intelligences. :)

Alright, here's another one. Just something that came together as I went along. Started out as a plain bondage pic, but it proved to be too great an opportunity (given how helplessly vulnerable and exposed she is in this position), to not add the element of tickle torture to this painting ;)

What a lovely piece! No doubt this cutie amused herself by tempting and flirting with the good townsfolk before they saw fit to offer her up to the Old Ones so that she might delight them. (I understand they are especially fond of her type.)

Your style has become amazingly photo-realistic! Like up there with Boris Vallejo, but even more convincing with the palpable flesh-tones and contours! In a way, I miss the more stylized, caricature oriented faces and figures that made Scavenger scenarios so recognizable, but there's no denying progress! To have this idealized young lady contrasted against the unforgiving iron gray of your signature mechanics emphasizes her perfection to the nth degree; to have it teased by steel hooks that could so easily rend her apart places that perfection in vulnerability that provokes intense tension and sympathy. One aches to rescue her, though her obvious elation might not make such intrusion welcome. The viewer (this one, at least) finds himself in a dilemma that simple one-off portraiture can't resolve. Is this an innocent, preyed-upon unfortunate or sinner reveling in forbidden excess? Only her acupuncturist knows for sure!

Ah! So very happy you enjoyed this piece that much! And as a matter of fact, I am partaking in a nice bottle of red myself tonight ;)

Ahh, well, within the lore of the world of "Profundis", that could actually be a plausible scenario! I hope to actually develop that setting in the future, but yes, the Old Ones and their antediluvian creations that dwell in that deep realm certainly appreciate a beautiful, nubile and very ticklish offering! ;)

As always, your most eloquent words perfectly describe this scene in ways I cannot! You mention Boris Vallejo, and you would be right that his work has been a great influence this past few years. I have always admired his skill in portraying powerful, scantily clad characters, and his mastery of the human anatomy (something I always found myself lacking in in the past -I have gotten better, but I am a long way off from rivalling mr. Vallejo himself!). This piece however was more inspired by my most favourite artist of all time; the venerable master Rembrandt and his chiaroscuro style of painting. Interestingly, on the subject of caricature and stylization, I could say that over time I have veered towards realism. Though to tell you the truth, my style has split into the separate extremes of realism and super stylization, the latter style aspect one wouldn't see here as the only application for it is in my day job as a designer/illustrator. I have been looking to develop a (consistent) "in between" style that would be suited to the time constrained medium of comics (another everlasting passion of mine) but have not been able to do so as of yet. However, I am always up to challenges, so I will eventually find a way! ;)

And for our offering tonight, we delve once again into the tentacle-filled realm on "Profundis". Another piece that was just not... enough to make it into the project. Another victim got snatched and bound, kept "entertained" by some attention to her slime-slickened soles until the eldritch monstrosities that dwell there have decided upon her final, ticklish fate... :p

Very little machine aesthetic to be seen here! Instead, this beauty finds herself assaulted by a cross between a Lovecraftean shoggoth and a tree's root system! The creature's plasticity is cunningly displayed, as it melts its substance into a slippery approximation of bondage ties (I really like the effect of the structure unforming itself to extrude into sticky, form-fitting restraints. The creeping, incidental undulation must madden with sensations as hellish as the strokes that deliberately plague her soles, so alien the substance must feel)! The contrast between the blush of wholesome human flesh and the evolved inscrutability of amoeboid motivation hammers home a hopelessness that our heroine has no choice but to accept. Despise this attention or delight in it, she can't hope to evade it, not from a tormentor so perfected. If she doesn't yearn for domination and masochism, she better learn to quickly!

Absolutely perfectly put! :D It's interesting that you are making the connection to Lovecraftian horror here, as that was exactly my inspiration for creating the world and lore of "Profundis". Although when it comes to the "horror" part, of course the torture really stops at... well, tickle-torture. XD

For this one, it's back to mechanical tickling, and that is pretty much all there is to it. and do those tickle claws on her poor tender soles look familiar? Why yes, the power of Photoshop is great. ;)

More Gargalesian style mechanical tickles today, this one I am especially happy with as to how it turned out, it was kind of an experiment with textures and flowing lines, giving the machinery a more organic and dynamic feel. As you'll notice from the filename, this one seems to be named "Experiment Two", and you'll ask; "Where is "Experiment One?". And the answer is, I'm not sure; there certainly is one such picture, but it resides somewhere inside my chaotic digital archive... I will find it again eventually! XD

Two blondes! How'd I ever get so lucky! Nymphet # 1 is receiving up-close-and-personal treatment from some dark-hued mechanicals, all up front and intent on business. The foreground claws certainly are familiar, but I wouldn't have guessed they were photoshopped if you hadn't said so! No sense of separation that I can see; they're flawlessly blended in, both physically and in terms of composition! Our second towheaded beauty is being treated to clockwork attention of a more gilded complexion. Whether the metal itself is of golden make or a generous light source is supplying the luster (the first option, I suspect), the effect of decadent opulence is the same! The mise en scene here is more deep focused than the first, with the suggestion of vast complexities emphasized; with so many resources at command, these artificial fingers seem more content to take a lingering, leisurely approach to torment, as opposed to the first lady, whose attack has a more hard edged aggression aimed toward her sweat drenched frame. No needles pointed at the long haired blonde; her examination appears more feathery and inquisitive. This may not be what was intended, but it certainly is the way it strikes me! And either approach works to perfection! Hard to pick a favorite; I'll just be satisfied with both!

Your work is brilliant.

Fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

Aww thanks guys, those are some really kind comments, very much appreciate it! :)

Thank you very much for your most kind words, my friend! Well, your interpretation is as good as any, as I mentioned before these pieces kind of emerge as I go along, and are often a spur of the moment thing, even the titles are usually the first thing that comes to my mind when looking upon the finished piece. And your take actually sounds very fitting! The claws are of course the same ones from "The Stage" piece (I'm never one to not recycle a good piece of machinery! ;) ). I tend to copy paste those kind of elements into other paintings where needed (if they fit the lighting of the composition), then they are repositioned, and the entire overlap area is re-painted to make them blend into the new composition. A painstaking process, but not as time consuming as repainting an entirely new mechanical component from scratch! :)

Last one for this week; another mechanical tickling piece, a rather quick study, but nice enough to post here, I thought. No feet tickling in this one, I'm afraid, but there'll be more of that in the next piece methinks ;) Hope you all enjoy!

Next one up will be next Friday, give people a bit of time to check out the pieces and gives me a little breather myself. :)
