    I have just read that my greatest inspiration in conceptual illustration and space/sci-fi art, Ralph McQuarrie, died in March this year. He designed the aesthetic of Star Wars, and his background as a technical illustrator for the aerospace industry gave his work that 'used, real-world' look that enthralled tens of millions of children, and inspired them to take up drawing.

    Mercy is a more attractive subject generally than Simon, but particularly so in this lovely portrait! I'm so grateful you chose to portray her this way! I doubt I would ever have drawn her in a similar attitude, and what a shame if she'd never been seen with such a sweet expression! Taking a page from the Fox manual of manners is one of the most winning things she's ever done!

    I saw a documentary about women with naturally large breasts the other night, and reconsidered how big Lucy and Babs would actually be in cup size. Turns out 38 GG is actually a bit small, given my drawings. I think Lucy is probably a 36H, and Babs is in the J territory.

    You're the only other artist who's ever attempted the Spinster! And a splendid take it is, capturing all of her seething malevolence and smoldering touch-hunger! I'm most proud to have this picture as part of my avatar rotation!

    Am really looking forward to any new Low Roads portraits! Any Kitchenaut art at all, of course; some fresh pages for Fish Tales would be just as deliriously welcome!

    Having read through my old returning artist thread, it may be time to create a new thread called Avian Oddity, and concentrate all of it in one sequence, plus the old thread had a lot of my medical news, and it makes for depressing reading.

    Well I certainly haven't forgotten it, nor am ever likely to! That picture is an epic, a real classic! Each one of the featured characters receives his-or-her honored spot in the avatar rotation! It just happened to be LBH's turn this week!

    That's right! Another crazy royal hitchin's in the works, isn't it! Show's you how tuned-in I am... I missed out on the Diana wedding too (though I'm one of the few in this country who wasn't paying attention). Well, I'd rather spend the weekend with the Fox girls anyway! Looking forward to the colorful fruits of your distraction!

    That Babs/Sid picture did indeed turn into a pretty sweet avatar! Kitchenaut art tends to look great period, of course! Lucy/Sid due next week!

    Thank you Kitch! Saw last night you'd submitted a bunch of new pictures, but it was too late to explore them all then. Some feature Sid?! Wow!!! I'm most honored, as always! See you've got a brand new "Waterbabes" page, as well! Plus a four-page mini adventure featuring the girls and an enclosure full of randy pachyderms! Will explore everything in detail later tonight when I have time to do it all justice! Thanks once again for the heads-up!

    Thanks for the notice Naut. Just had a nosey at them and they are tremendous, love the way you always get the girls into mischief.
    And yeah I know what you mean the heat is intense, I'm sweating like mad. lol. Nice to know the heat has one serious benefit in giving you some inspiration though, that's always good.
    Nice to hear from you though, it's been a little while. And by the way let me know if everything becomes a bit of a grind again. I would be more than happy to help you in anyway I could if things were to become difficult.

    Yes indeed! The edge of lovely Barbara's creamy left shoulder, along with a few of her delicate fingers, managed to sneak into the avatar portrait! The more Babs, the better, I imagine, far as viewer popularity is concerned!

    Hiya Kitch! Delighted… and rather relieved… to hear from you, it's been so long! I am distressed to learn about your scanner troubles; doubly so about your tk-fatigue, as this is more likely to delay further wonderfully slippery adventures with the Waterbabes. I know I'm far from alone in pining for another visit with lovely Lucy and her resplendent sisters; Bitteraron's deep in withdrawals, I suspect! But the Prickly Hills story sounds plenty promising! Eagerly awaiting any new material you choose to send! I need my Fox fix bad!

    So good to hear from you. Things are fine here - within reason. I lost my job a little bit ago and have been trying to get something new. But no worries, my friend. It'll all work out...I just don't know when.

    I look so forward to seeing new work from you, and would be lying if I told ya that I hadn't missed your buxom beauties. I missed them terribly.

    I definitely wish I could spend more time with the foxy sisters, but some real challenges have me even neglecting my bouncy trio these days.

    Please stay in touch, amigo - and I'll await the new work with great enthusiasm.
