I love the older stuff myself.
1. Fantasia. Incredible animation, when you consider it was all done by hand as were all the old Disney classics. Add the soundtrack by the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra conducted by Leopold Stokowski, and you have a timeless classic that could never be duplicated.
2. Pinocchio. Cliff Edwards voicing Jiminy Cricket alone makes this one of my favorites.
3. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The first full-length animated feature film produced in the US, it set the standard for decades.
4. The Sword in the Stone. After the death of Uther Pendragon, Wart is tutored by Merlin and will become King. This was also the last full-length animated feature film released by Disney Studios while Walt is still alive.
5. The Jungle Book, based on the famous novel by Rudyard Kipling. Walt was involved in the production, but had passed by the time it was released in 1967.
Sorry, I know this is too much information. 😀
