Ask A Lawyer but heres my 2 Cents

I've contacted quite a few of those female bodybuilder/fitness girls who offer wrestling sessions along with other types of fetish sessions, and surprisingly many of them seem open to being tied and tickled.

My only concern is whether or not its legal. I don't want anything but tickling from the session, but I don't know what the laws consider to be prostitution. Can anyone chime in and help me out? I know laws vary from state to state.

Technically it can be yes and no at the same time depending on a variety of factors. Is bondage legal in your community? How about Escorts? if there are no sexual favors is it prostitution probably not but a prick cop could get you for soliciting.

We offer sessions in studio and my lawyer said they have to be filmed and treated like regular models to cover your ass. He also told me 1/2 a mile away from our location is a small community that has strict laws covering basically pay for play scenarios. Now what are the actual odds 1 person hiring bodybuilders for tickling sessions will actually get busted? (do your neighbors like you?) More importantly how would one prosecute that?

In New York State, paying money for any activity that is sexually arousing is illegal. So if a one-armed woman reading the poems of Emily Dickinson gives you an erection, then paying a one-armed woman to read those poems is illegal for you here.

I am totally opposed to all such laws; I think consenting adults should be able to engage in prostitution. I'm just explaining what the law is here.

There are 50 different sets of laws in the 50 states so you would be better off consulting a lawyer in your own state.

I don't even live in the US, but I've had a few tickle sessions there. There are S&M dungeons which openly operate and dommes who work in them who openly advertise. Have a look on Max Fisch and see what goes on in them. I remember reading an account of one man who had his penis cut with a knife by one domme. I think that whatever the laws, I don't think anyone will have the time to try and prosecute you for being tickled. I'd pay, play and enjoy yourself. I did and don't regret a second of it!

If a guy gets hard while getting a professional massage, it's not a crime on either side. If the person giving the massage does something about said hard-on then the law is broken and all bets are off.

To echo this, I know a Thai massage place in London that is totally above board (I know some people see 'Thai massage' and think this means the same as 'happy ending' but this isn't so at this place). However, the ladies will quite happily tickle you or use 'feather touch' if you ask them. Unless you are married, in a permanent relationship, or are too old to find someone attractive, and thus can't get satisfaction in any other way, your best bet is to learn to get it free to yours and the girl's mutual satisfaction by getting out into the world and interacting with real live females rather than copping out and buying it or looking at pictures and videos of it. Well, for good reason though! 🙂 All that is done to protect the girls who work as prostitutes. It's the same in Germany, still prostitution works fine.

I did not know this (the prostitution being legal thing, I was pretty sure about the London being the capital of England thing).

But back to the original question ...
Back in 2008, a New York dungeon got closed down called Rebecca's Hidden Chamber. It was closed down because some of the girls allegedly said they were up for strap on play. This was the only reason it was shut down, none of the other activities going on there were being looked into. It's back up and running now (I've been!).
