Since there's no actual tickling in the picture you provide, it probably ought to be in Non-Tickling Artwork. Very nice style, by the way!
 
I like the art but I wouldn't commission anything without an example of tickling. Sorry! 🙁

I don't have any finished examples. I'll give a free rough sketch so you can see what it would be like before committing.
