My last trip was to Ohio last November for Bella's birthday gathering, and it was absolutely FANTASTIC 😀 Except the drive home - that was the worst. Tip: Do NOT try to drive 8 hours home on the smallest amount of sleep you could possibly get in four days and still be alive. You will hallucinate. You will have to pull over and sleep in a parking lot - twice. You will be afraid for your life.
