Thank You, Oh wise and cuddly ones. At first, I thought it strange that one would deny treatment to the patient lying unconscious in the pit. However, since I don't know the mechanism of injury, and gases like methane would linger in such an environment (being heavier than air and all), I too would be overwhelmed 🙁 .
