My Girlfriend and I are thinking about adopting...

What's the Vorpal Bunny adoption process like? Is there a lot of bureaucracy involved? What if I want a really lazy Bunny to sit with me and my dog as we watch B-Grade horror movies, would that be possible? Which came first the chicken or the egg? Do I have to prepare anything for a background check? Can I name the Bunny 'Mandingo'?
