best spots on the feet to tickle?

It's going to differ in every case, depending on the sensitivity of the one you're playing with. In cases where someone is very ticklish on their feet, I find that the sides of the feet are often overlooked. That and making your way down to the ankles. I tend to get great reactions when I tickle either of those spots.

It depends on the person. Each of the following was the best spot for somebody:

Between the toes.

At the base of the toes, where the toe stems join the foot.

The center of the ball of the foot.

The center of the arch.

Where the forward part of the heel meets the arch.

For me, the best part of a woman's feet to tickle is the arch! I love to tickle other parts, like the balls of the feet, the toes, etc.

That little crease at the low center of the ball right where it meets the arch, especially with the toes stretched back to keep that spot completely venerable. But also, I can never resist nibbling those wiggly toes, they’re like delicious ticklish gumdrops screaming for attention!

I think it's different for everyone, and it really depends on what you're comfortable doing under the circumstances.

My girlfriend's really ticklish around her toes, both top and bottom, and she goes nuts if I pass my tongue between her toes while sucking on them.

As many have said in the previous posts it depends on the sensitivity of that persons feet. I hav found that a thorough exploration is the key. Could take up to a half hour ! But in general with most women with ticklish feet I have found the toes and inbetween to be VERY ticklish. Yet most enjoy them being nibbled on too.
The big toes ( on the toe pads) seem really vulnerable. A single fingernail causes such frantic laughter.
