Bored with my Forum Name

I am sort of growing tired with the name Baron.

This is typical of my life in general, as I lose interest in one thing, and then race to fill the void elsewhere.

Any suggestions for a name change?

And please refrain from sarcasm aimed at me personally, you crazy bunch of TMFers.

I would suggest sticking with the name. People here have gotten to know you by that name, and they know it's you when they see it.

I get sick of my screen name, too. I only picked it because I couldn't think of anything else at the time. I never actually thought I'd end up with nearly 3000 posts, but here I am.

But, anyway, your name is familiar so why change it?

I went through the samn thing not too long ago...changed my mind when Myriads told me that he can change your name, but it erases yor post count...naturally after hearing that, I no longer desired to do it. Now im glad I didn't change it though. The feeling will pass in time😀 😉

I also went through a name change, except it was on TickleTheater. On the various anime whatsus sites I belong to, my name changes ever so often. Thats just the way it is. Celtic Emperor is a very impersonal name. In fact, its not even a name, its a title. So when people call me 'Celtic' its not refering to me in namely sense, unless they call me DJ or Damien. So if I were to change my name I'd mostly likely want an actual name. Your SN is also not a name. How often do people call you Baron? They refer to you by your name right? So maybe you should consider an actual name for an SN as opposed to a title like mine and yours.

But I know how you feel. I honestly don't know you well enough to think of a suitable name. Do you want to move away from anything pilot-ish? In other words, you don't just want another name that would reflect "the Baron" right?

These things are always hard. Alot of thought and time can go into them. 🙁

But see, thats the problem Flatfoot. I've noticed for one reason or another, probably because of laziness, people don't type out someone's entire SN unless they have to. They cut the second half of it off, or they abbriviate it.

So they'd probably still call him Baron and drop off the van Halen.

Its a good name though as it gives him a name and a title. 🙂
